Great location and price in historic center. Very safe with 24/7 staff at front desk. Room was clean but a bit dark. It did not have electrical outlet in bathroom but had a common bathroom with outlet for hair dryer, straightener and shaver. Great value.

The property is an old construction which was adapted to be a hotel. It keeps the old architecture intact and it is really beautiful and unique. The rooms are huge, the bed is really comfy and the staff was really nice.

Room 107 had humidity smell, due to this problem the paint was peeling of and falling near the headrest. The room is very dark due to the high ceiling. The room has a table out side next to the door and people were sitting and chatting after midnight. I thought the add said Parking included. But the facility doesn’t have a parking but they have an option to purchase for $6 for 24hrs. They do have a great location and they staff was great, they tried to swap out room but they were full. They were also kind to storage our piece of cheese in their fridge.

Great, beautiful hotel ! As with most hotels in the 'centro' area of Queretaro, this one is built inside a previous "casona" with an open patio area in the middle of the building. We reserved a master suite/room which was plenty spacious. It was clean and had a king bed. Staff was friendly and had no issues. Perfectly close to everything in the "centro" area of the city. All the oldtown restaurants, bars, cathedrals, museums and theatres are walking distance. I can't speak for the other rooms, but I definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Queretaro!

As soon as I check in I knew something was going to be wrong and it happened. I end up paying for a master suite and when I got to the hotel they provided me with the cheapest room available. They did nothing to fix this, and the lady at the counter was giving me an attitude and hanging up the phone to expedia when they were trying to call her. Called expedia and you guys as well did nothing to help me. At the end the hotel took my card number for a partial refund that they were going to do. It has been more than 2 weeks and nothing has showed up and I know nothing will. If you can avoid this hotel please avoid it!

WARNING!! Do not use this hotel. this place is home of thieves!! They will steal your credit card information. At the time of checking in, they ask for all your credit card info., saying that they have a credit card machine somewhere else and can not process at the check in counter. Couple days later I get a call from my credit card company that they have found some suspicious transactions. Each transaction, the amount is small, like 95 pesos, or 115 pesos, 135 pesos and such, seemingly charged for google games, according to the security division of my credit card company. Why am I so sure? Because these transaction is done in Pesos, which I have never done before. It was my first night in Queretaro, Mexico, using this credit card for the first in Mexico. Couple days later, when I tried to use them for the 2nd time in Mexico,it was all locked, thanks to my credit card company's quick action. There have been already numerous false transactions before my card was locked and deactivated. I repeat do not even step inside of this building! I am going to file this to the Mexican Police, fortunately a friend of mine happens to be Police Officer in Mexico. It may take some time before as I have to do this from overseas, but definitely not letting these thives get away with this.

Great location cool decor style and design great place to stay over weekend

Checked in very late. English speaking staff good. Design of room simple with dark wood & white. I like that. Unfortunately, found dirty handtowel in toilet on checking in. No sheet on top of mattress protector. Pillow cases looked not clean. Pointed out to staff & next day, all fixed. On my 3rd night at 1.35am, man attempted to enter room using keycard. Thankfully i was awake & shouted at him. I always had problems with the key card i was given. His key card entry was smooth. Complained next morning to reception. Staff said they know it was a ‘supervisor’. Shouldn’t any supervisor know better than to do that? You never enter a guest’s room without knocking. Especially at night. If it wasn’t for these 2 matters, overall stay would have been pleasant. Location is good.

The common area seems a little run down. but the room was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect for enjoying the centro historico.

Place was different than usual, very clean and modern, everything you need and easy to park on the street, would definitely recommend.

Place is cozy, very confortable and quiet, the people behind the counter are always very helpful with information about places and restaurants, place is very unique and have stayed here every time I visit. Would recommend.

Really strong sewer stench in the room. A plug in was found in the room to combat the smell but it helped little.

I chose to stay here because it was a good price and great downtown location. Central and close walking distance to all the food and places to see downtown. The "green" aspect of the hotel was unique and cool. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. It was like a cloud. Clean rooms. I had to change rooms though because the lock was broken on my door. Other than that, everything was nice. The rooftop terrace is under construction but would be nice if it was fixed up. The breakfast is good but nothing special. Homemade eggs with salsa, fruit, bread and coffee. Very friendly staff although some do not speak English. Good reliable wifi

I would not choose this hotel again. It is not good when you are there for business.Little things like no hairdryer, no remote control, no water etc. It is okay when you travel for fun but for business definitely not what I need.

Overall I was very pleased with our stay. If you don't speak Spanish you will have a hard time. I was disappointed that there was no rooftop bar/terrazza as advertised. When I asked the front desk about it they said it's closed, and the flyers are old that's why it is still advertised
