We had issues with the thermostat both nights that we stayed there. On our last night there there was a dog that kept barking in one of the rooms.

This hotel was beautiful, modern, new, and clean! The breakfast had lots of choices, and the coffee was delicious. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and had thick cotton sheets. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. There is a small restaurant/bar in the lobby. I love this hotel and will stay again.

Fantastic location! Family-friendly breakfast, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are outdoors, but were a hit.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly on the Cool or Fan setting, so we got little to no sleep. The bathroom floors were stained. The surrounding noise seemed to all come towards the room. However, the staff was very kind during interactions and the breakfast was great.

The hotel looks quite new, is clean, comfortable and located near an outlet mall and many other amenities. One thing that is bothersome in the rooms is that during the night, when someone gets up to use the bathroom, the bathroom light shines way too brightly into the bedroom area because of the glass bathroom door. Maybe add some kind of less-bright light to use for late-night trips to the bathroom?

I love staying at the Hyatt when I travel. I am a full time wheelchair user and require ada rooms. Hyatt has spacious rooms to fit my needs. The breakfast is also why I choose Hyatt. I don’t have to worry about what food I am going to eat to start m day. The room is always clean and so is the Hotel. Everyone is friendly and it is effortless to stay at the Lehi Hyatt.

Really bad experience with Marcus, the weekend manager....TERRIBLE customer service. Bad enough that we cannot recommend staying here. Too bad, Hyatt Places are usually a sure fire great stay...but this experience with our rooms being changed on us twice in the same day and then getting to the property to find out they had been changed again despite Marcus's assurances...not good. Furthermore, they did not return our calls ti duscuss after they stay. Brut poorly managed property...and no we won't be back so they can try and make it up to us next time.

They are remodeling and have room temperature controls locked as unadjustable. When you can’t control the temperature warmer at night cooler day it makes for a miserable stay.
No table to sit at to eat and when you sit on the couch it sinks in hard to stand up from. This may seem silly but if the room is rated as sleep 4 people, wouldn’t you at least have 2-luggage stands? We finally just used the broken couch for luggage. Miserable stay.

Booked this hotel last minute. It was absolutely amazing. Clean rooms. Shower was perfect, and the pool was great. Plan on staying again if we ever go back to Salt Lake City.

on the ceiling in the hallway to room 241 was a very large crack over an inch in width that spanned the width of the hallway

Our fridge didnt work, i had them look at it and still nothing. Our room for both nights had no AC nor that end of the hotel, and requested it to be fixed and nothing. They offered us a fan not a room change. We called that evening for a fan, and it was never brought to us. We were so hot all the time. (Middle of summer 100 outside)

There was chewed up gum on the coffee filter packet, crumbs in the pull out couch, and stains on the bedsheets. Make sure to check your room before you sleep in it.

Worked out great for our stay for a wedding and to see friends. Pricey IMO for what you get but it was nice overall. Used the gym and it was good.
