First class Air B&B. No up charge for parking (rare in downtown Houston) friendly staff. Enjoyed Tea time , which included wine. The chef prepared breakfast was delicious

Arrived after hours but the instructions to enter the property were super clear. Room was tasteful and clean. Very quiet, safe area, with ample parking. Would stay again!

Wonder experience! We celebrated our 34th anniversary and we had a surprise when we arrived! They had laid flowers on the bed and had a cute silver fortune cookie with a cute note inside! The room was great......all that was needed but remember to pull the black out curtains closed if you don't want to hear the street noise all night......I forgot! My fault not theirs.
WONDERFUL breakfast!!! We will DEFINATELY stay here again! Hubby comes down for inspections and loved this as opposed to chain hotels.
HIGHLY recommend! Wish we could have stayed the weekend......

The La Maison is a quaint, beautiful little property with charm. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The extras provided in the room and the home made breakfast in the morning make the trip relaxing and enjoyable.

This bed and breakfast was so adorable! Clean, quiet, beautiful balcony! The breakfast was great! I do want to note that the phone number Expedia provides in the confirmation email is incorrect. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

The rooms were decorated up with nice linens and pillows. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast every morning was very good! They asked if we had allergies to foods or something we didn’t eat. Paid attention to all the details. The lady running it was very polite. She would ask what our plans were for the day and gave recommendations. When we are back in the area we will definitely be staying there and recommend it to our friends and family. And

Cute bed and breakfast with comfortable rooms and great service. The free parking in the lot behind the building was very convenient. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The chef was friendly, eager to ensure I enjoyed my breakfast and accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I’m very happy I opted to stay here rather than a chain hotel, as the location and amenities were exactly what I needed for my trip. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the porch rockers, too. I would stay here again if I was in the area. It felt a lot more chill and quiet than a regular hotel.

Lovely B and B in Midtown with great hospitality, rooms and breakfast. Very kindly went and bought cereal for me. Cooked breakfasts were wonderful though.

La Maison is a beautiful building. Nicely renovated and clean. My room was very nice. Light colored carpet could have used spot cleaning. Hall carpet was great. Breakfast was great the first day and ok the 2nd. I think they should give you 2 options. I wasn't crazy about grits. I guess i could have asked for another option. Staff was nice.

This is a lovely property with attention paid to personalized breakfast, great instructions about everything in the room and access to the building. We admired the building construction layout AND the interior decorating.

This is a hidden gem!!! So private and quiet and home away from home.
Not a big reader but felt like lounging in the comfy library and reading about an essential part of our American history.
And the happy hour “tea time” was a perfect start to the evening!!

La Maison was a lovely place to stay. The staff made me feel like I was at home and they were so friendly. The breakfast meal was great. Unique in the fact that we arrived late and our keys were waiting for us inside. The room was nice with a lovely bathroom which had a great sink and storage. There was a jetted tub but no handrails so I didn't dare use it. Complimentary coffee and juice and an "urban tea" which meant wine and cheese in the evening hours. Parking was also included. The place was decorated in the French Style and the place was warm and cozy. I would stay there again!

The B&B was beautiful and the room was perfect. The decor, bed, towels down to the bathrobes were all first class and luxurious. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the breakfast was restaurant quality delicious. The location was also perfect. If going to Houston and want to treat yourself to something upscale this has to be on your short list.

The La Maison was a very nice bed & breakfast! Very quiet nice looking French Style decor, with common living area and kitchen for the provided breakfast on 1st floor, then two additional floors with about 5 private bedrooms on each floor.
Our room had a comfy king bed with desk/chair, addt. chair, TV, closet and nice size bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub with shower. Iron/board, hair dryer, and robes were furnished.
Location in Midtown of Houston, great place to stay for all downtown events, a short 8-10 ride to downtown, we UBERed...
Very welcoming cook the next morning for breakfast, came down earlier in the morning for coffee (Keurig, coffee, creamer) then told the cook when we would be down for breakfast. He was ready when we arrived. The cook served us eggs, bacon and waffle, coffee, orange juice and cranberry juice. Again, breakfast is included, gave the cook a nice tip!

Great place at a good location. Comfortable room, friendly service and great breakfast. Enjoying a complimentary glass of wine during the night was a nice bonus. All in all would definitely stay again.

Genora was there to greet us personally and the amenities were great. I highly recommend staying here rather than in a big-box hotel as the attention they give you is next level. Great, homemade breakfast the next morning, too. What's not to like?

This is a little gem of a bed and breakfast, well located, carefully planned, beautifully appointed with gracious hostesses who provide the best breakfasts in Houston, probably the best in TX! A winner - checks all the boxes for excellence.

Honestly loved it. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this BnB felt like home and the people running it were so friendly and warm. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Dont miss the 5:30pm “Texas high tea” with Tommie - she’s a treasure.
