We had a booking miscommunication partway through our stay. The manager did not contact us until after 10:00 at night. They expected us to have one of our party leave immediately. My son and husband had to walk to another property to stay the night at 11:00 that we had to find on our own. When asked if we could move to a larger room, the price they gave us was more than what we found online and they did not appear to be factoring in what we had already paid. They actually suggested that maybe we should just move to another hotel. We left the next morning to stay at a completely different hotel. When we checked out, the other staff was surprised and apologetic. We would never recommend anyone to stay at this property unless they are guaranteed to have no issues come up. They are not willing to work with you.

The property location is excellent, the staff, particularly Mr. Otman, was the reason my family and myself enjoyed the stay. Of course, if we get another chance we will consider coming back.

Excellent space and finishing. Everything in the apartment is of great quality material (smells like new) and generous space with several outlets for charging etc. Kitchen is great. Bathroom and bedroom also great. The space around the building is a bit busy but there is a wonderful bakery (Hart & Lova) nearby and grocery stores like M&S. Very close to public transport and we really enjoyed and would come back.

The property is very comfortable, very well decorated, with enough space and clean. It could be a little bit noisy at night due to the train nearby and cleaning service is limited to certain days, which could be improved.

We loved the apartment. Bakerloo line took us straight there. The only down side was things an apartment not a traditional hotel. Somethings we were not able to get we requested was salt and pepper for the pepper shaker (gave us packets) and a tip bed sheet was unheard of… also one remote for two TVs and never did bring us another one… otherwise very friendly and helpful staff. We would stay there again.

The property was brilliant! We were upgraded to a room with 2 bathrooms instead of the one we expected which turned out to make a huge difference in how long it took three of us to get ready. The showers were really nice. The cooking facilities were great and the living area was comfortable and homely. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again the next time I visit london

Fantastic property, friendly and helpful staff. The advertising of the pool facilities were a little miss leading - you had to be staying a minimum of 7 nights to be able to have free access to the pool.

We stayed for 16 nights due to a hospital stay for my husband. Extremely convenient, comfortable & cosy. Received a complimentary upgrade which was very welcome. What made our experience extra special was that Ottoman and his staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Ottoman himself is a massive asset to the business, we hope he is appreciated.

Surrounding neighborhood was not in the same caliber as the apartments themselves.

I stayed at the Sanctum off of Belsize road April 5th to April 15th for the first time and I must say I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff. The property was lavish and a great "home away from home". Our apartment was tended to regularly and housekeeping was very warm and friendly as well. I would like to specifically mention Otman for being so helpful! I traveled with my family and Otman was very personable and provided many recommendations for us while were in London. Not only was he very friendly and accommodating anytime we were in the lobby, Otman also saved us from potentially missing our flight on the day of departure. When it was time for us to depart, we booked an Uber for 5 people and 10 suitcases, however; the Uber that showed up was unable to accommodate. Otman saw how much trouble we were having in finding a driver that could get us and our bags where we needed to go and went the extra mile to find us a service that could carry all 5 of us, as well as all 10 bags we had to take with us. I do not know what we would have done if not for him. I do not know if there is a recognition program in place for employees here, however; he certainly deserves kudos for being so spectacular! Everyone was amazing and my stay was the best it'd ever been in London because of this location and it's staff. I've no intentions on ever staying anywhere else for as long as this property remains in business when I visit London. 5/5 for sure!

The staff and the accommodations were amazing. We felt the location wasnt great for the first visit to London. Next time we will look at their other properties.

Excellent for our short stay and family of 5.

Really nice looking hotel, pictures do make the rooms and place look a lot bigger though. Disappointed that you could never get hot water in the shower though, was always cold. Polite staff though and was nice and easy to get into centre of London. A little overpriced though.

The property is in excellent conditions, it looks like it has been renovated very recently. The area is not so attractive, but the public transport options are abundant, with bus and Overground within 1 minute and the Tube 5 minutes away. Big rooms, with good equipment and furniture. There is a staffed reception and the employees are really helpful. If it is ok to stay in Zone 2, definitely recommendable.

The apartment was even better and bigger than we expected. Spotlessly clean, good daily housekeeping and well stocked with everything you need, a true home from home experience. Very handy for all transport links, a selection of places to eat and a lovely little pub - The priory, which was friendly and cosy. I’ll definitely be back

Friendly staff and great location.

Family trip to London with 3 adults and 2 kids. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom layout with a sofa bed was perfect for our needs and all the modern amenities made it a great home from home for the weekend. It was a little further out than we usually stayed but Kilburn Park area is easily accessible on underground and overground.
