Probably the friendliest staff I have come across in my travels!
Always there to help with whatever was needed, the food was amazing as well and the hotel itself is nice and quiet, calm vibe and got music on the beach for the ultimate beach vibe! (Which includes food and drink service from the hotel)

This was quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff there is incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The room surpassed my expectations. I will be recommending Dyo Suites to anyone considering a trip to Crete.

We have enjoyed our whole experience. Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, breakfast was amazing. I could go on. Definately worth a visit if in Rethymno.

We loved it here, stayed for 6 nights, the team are so friendly and helpful, love to quirky design features, the ambience is so relaxing, the breakfast gorgeous, cocktails some of the best we have had the luck to enjoy. Definitely want to return soon

The staff are all lovely, so friendly and happy. Room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hotel has its own section of beach directly opposite which is free to use if you are staying at the hotel. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent stay

Beautiful property, excellent breakfast, very convenient beach access and nice sun beds. Food in the beach bar also excellent quality and value. Alexa in the room is a nice touch.

A charming boutique hotel within a short walk of Rethymno old town.
The staff were very helpful and the room was well appointed but a little tired. Our only 2 minor concerns were that we did not get the jetted tub on our balcony as booked and street parking is hit and miss.
All in all it was good value for money.

Everything was just perfect! The indoor jet bath was amazing. Staffs were super friendly from the reception to the beach. The room was nice and modern. Perfect place to stay in Rethymno.

Great location. Great views. Liked the area so much we stayed an extra day. Breakfast is amazing. Will stay there again.

We booked for only one night and therefore wanted to have a check-in at 2pm. In the end, we waited for 3 hours to check-in. They offered us some drinks after we waited for 2 hours. We didnt expect to be treated that way considering the price of the room (230€ per night).
Other than that the room was really nice and completely new (we were the second guests in the room). The staff was really nice, the receptionist helped us to find a good restaurant. The best about the whole stay was probably the breakfast! They didnt have a buffet but a menu and it was really delicious :)

Very standard room for the high price. Have stayed in many hotels for business and pleasure and was expecting to be be wowed, but was not. Nice staff and great breakfast.

Excellent service, nice staff. Absolutely great breakfast and chef who prepares you whatever you like also for a dinner. Very nice beach and cleane promenade towards the old town.

Very very nice staff ! Clean rooms and beach towels every day. Breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always happy to help you. Drinks and food can be ordered also for the beach when you are there and they will bring it to you. Free waterbottle is brought to the beach as well

Just returned from a fantastic trip to Crete, staying at this beautiful hotel. We could not have asked for anymore. Even prior to our visit I was in contact with the hotel manager Giannis, he was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed about transfer from the airport etc. When we arrived Giannis greeted us with a warm welcome, and gave us a tour of the room and the hotel facilities. The room was ultra modern and the view out onto the ocean was phenomenal! During our stay Giannis and his team of staff could not do enough for us, a top class service. The hotel is located right on the beach, and we made full use of the beautiful sun beds that the hotel provided. All in all beautiful hotel, perfect location and friendly staff. We will certainly be returning back!
