Not obvious enough that the airport shuttle needs to be scheduled. Making sure that this is obvious pre booking avoids unnecessary frustration for guests once they are trying to get to you after a long day of travel and can avoid them standing for long periods of time at the airport waiting for a shuttle that will never come.
A couple of bottles of water would have been a very nice touch. There is a coffee machine in the room but no water to make even 1 cup if I wanted to.

I was very impressed with this property, considering the star rating and price I was able to get it for. Property was conveniently located, very clean, affordable and quiet, even though it was next to the airport. Very nice staff to receive me - lovely comfortable bed and clean room. Would suggest you distinguish clearly between the two locations of this hotel as it is too easy to confuse the hotels with such similar names! Aside from that, all good.

The front desk receptionist was absolutely fantastic! So helpful and kind! The only thing we didn’t like was the price of cokes and food. Outrageously priced! Two cokes $8. Ridiculous!

It was late when we arrived for an over night stay as we were flying out early the next day. We had previously bought food as we didn’t know what we were gonna find when we got there. We were so happy to find a little store with warm drinks on your demand and microwaveable food and other snacks and necessities. It was really great and easy to use the service. The front desk lady was fast and efficient in checking us in so we didn’t waste any more time as our flight had been delayed and we were tired.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very quiet. My only comment is that I would expect the room to come with a couple of bottles of water included like most hotels offer.
I didn’t notice that you had to prebook the hotel shuttle from the airport, my flight was late any way but it did state on the site they were every 30 mins and despite waiting for an hour none showed up so at 10:30pm (when they stop) I got an Uber for $25. I couldn’t ring the hotel as I had no roaming data working. The shuttle in the morning was fine but you have to also book that beforehand.
