Family flew in from all over the states to attend a wedding. It was nice for all of us to be able to stay in the same home so we could spend as much time together as possible and not worry about coordinating schedules like you have to do when you each have different hotel rooms. The pool was nice and clean and the beach was close by.

The residence is in a safe and quiet neighborhood; all the rooms and bedding felt very clean. On the first day, I had a quick question, and I was contacted immediately w/detailed instructions on how the pool heater runs its cycles. The pool temp was perfect and so relaxing! Would go back just to have the pool time again. Appliances were clean; however, we ate dinner out every night and only used the refrigerator for breakfast, lunch, and pool snacks. We were usually in bed by 10pm, but the mornings were golden with the Keurig. The home is close to everything, that was nice. Would stay again!

We had a great time at the Sunshine Villa in Deerfield Beach. The location was perfect, close to markets, restaurants and beach. The pool and spa were awesome. My family came at different times during our 3 week stay and they all enjoyed themselves. Charlie and Evelina were great hosts answering all question and making checkin seemless. We hope to return soon.

This is our second time staying here. Last year we stayed two weeks and this year we increased it to three. We love the location of the house and the fact that we can bring our two dogs. If all goes well, we hope to stay for a month next year. Just a heads up, there are only two outlets in the kitchen, so I suggest bringing a surge protector strip if you have lots of items that need to be plugged in. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay.

This is a very nice one-family home located in a residential neighborhood. However, almost everything you need or want to do is with 10-20 minutes of this location. We stayed for 3 weeks and wish it was longer. We loved the private pool and hot tub.

Excellent place on every aspect. So comfortable. Anything you could want. So clean and well thought out. Beds were very comfy. Next year we will book again. Very close to stores and beaches. Highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood.

We came in town for a family wedding and wanted a relaxing place to stay. The house was clean and updated. It had all the amenities we would need and then some! We mainly stayed in the pool and went down to the beach for a couple of hours one day. Great house and great neighborhood!

sunshine villa is a great home with pool, easy check in and out, the house was exactly as described ,nice backyard with pool, close to the beach ,restaurants and stores, we had a great time I do recommend this villa for your next vacation!

The property was very well kept and had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trip to the beach. The time by the pool was the best and we had easy access to the beach, shopping and sight seeing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

We couldn't have asked for a better property to stay for three weeks. There were a few hiccups with the pool and spa, but Charlie was very diligent in trying to get everything up and running. The house was completely stocked with everything we could need and anything else we could possibly dream of was a short walk or bike ride away. There are excellent restaurants everywhere! The beach is a only a little over a mile away, and we found it much easier to bike there rather than fight the traffic and parking. Charlie even had new chairs and an umbrella for us to use. We were so please with the house and location, we are planning on booking it for a month next year.

The house is just as pictured. Well maintained, modern conveniences and very clean. Charlie is an excellent host. Very responsive and understanding. Any questions or issues were promptly resolved.

Great location and wonderful owners. House well equipped with all you can need. Pool maintained/cleaned during stay. Great for families. We really loved Deerfield Beach.
