Nice hotel in a hood area with lots of commerce

The hotel provides codes for your room on a piece of paper. That was really concerning for security reasons and the staff in the evening is quite rude and unfriendly.

The staff was very friendly. Our room had a great view of the city. Overall great time.

Property wasn’t as nice as portrayed, only few breakfast options, ac takes a while to get cold , sheets aren’t soft, there are so many things I did not like about this hotel. Would not recommend.

Rooms are too small

Safe area everything is accesible to walk get tours and know the city and beaches. have easy access to bank and money exchange area.

Area in which the hotel is very busy. I said on the 4th floor and could hear street noise so if you aren't willing to deal with that it might not be the hotel for you. Every thing is very close the beach is a 5 minute walk literally 2 blocks away, there are restaurants, street vendors, food, pharmacies all within walking distance. Taxis drive by every 1-2 minutes very convenient.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The pool bar didn't have much there and there were some expensive fees I wasn't made aware of when I booked the hotel. It was very clean and the restaurant and pool were nice. I felt safe the whole stay.

This is my second time at the Zi One Luxury Hotel. I had a great experience both times. It’s a beautiful hotel, & the staff is very friendly & professional. So I will definitely return the next time I travel to Cartagena for vacation!

Terrible service. Unsatisfactory service. Not in compliance with expedia. Very deceptive business practices. The hotel wanted to make charges unauthorized fees for guest and family. Requested funds back and went to another hotel. No hot water as well. I would not recommend this hotel. Very fraudulent business practices. Management very professional. Rooms were outdated and small. Didn't feel safe in the hotel. Highly recommend to not stay here. This hotel needs to be removed off of every platform.

New management and service is needed.

We took taxi numerous times, and no one could find the location of this hotel. The location is good, but room had no windows, it was dark all the time.

Very affordable hotel with great rooftops view, just one block from the beach

Lied about the patio. Just a 2nd room with a couch no windows no doors. Had some kind of bugs in the room maybe ants not sure. Staff didnt even come check. Overall horrible. Would not recommend at all. Been to Colombia 11 times and this is the bu far the worst hotel in colombia. Staff was polite but hotel is super trashed and rip off for the price. Don't fall for patio upgrade like i did. Can't even see outside, zero windows, no doors to the outside, just another small storage room with a couch and some flowers. Totally not worth a penny on a upgrade unless you just want to look at 3 walls and some flowers while getting ate up by some weird bugs.

This property was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. The location was ok a little far from the beach. We didn’t like the bathroom antics. We had to ask for mat, for drinking glass, hand towels and extra toilet paper. We were 3 adults.

I like the natural look of the hotel and the view.

Rate ok. Staff is very very friendly and nice. Hotel could use an upgrade. It smalls like a kitchen when you enter the lobby. Rooms need and upgrade badly. Pool needs to be cleaned. Breakfast is not the best. You need to be asking for cups for coffee, for bread, butter, fruits. They bring to you the manía dish, it’s not the best. Only one person serving and not ready for big groups. First day they gave me a room that was terrible, small and with updates needed badly. They moved me then. I was taking a shower and suddenly I has no water, called the front desk and they didn’t know what the problem was, next say I had water, but nobody asked or told me what was the problem. They give you only 1 key for the room, my husband was sleeping and I had to keep asking them to open my room, that’s a first for me. The owner of this place need to correct Lots of thing here, because the staff is great, but their structure is terrible.

Love how close it was to the beach and how friendly the staff were.

Good hotel good Managment good service will stay again

Be aware of this property. They don’t have hot water. They also only give you one towel if you want a new one you have turn in the other. The hotel needs to be updated. The elevators sometimes work. The staff are okay I know they are doing what is asked of them to do.

Very poor service the staff are terrible and safe box not working they told me they can’t fix it until tomorrow and it’s a joke not mounted down .

The check-in process is a bit slow. The internet was lagging most of the time or no connection available. No hot water but i heard is the normal in Cartagena. The air conditioner only stays on if the key card is inserted on the wall device meaning if you’re not in the room the room is like a sauna & only one key card is provided. The only thing we enjoyed was the service at their restaurant & food.

Customer service sucks!

The staff at the front desk is very rude. This place hasn’t HOT WATER. After the checking in I had to wait about 2 hours to get towels. The only one who really cares is the Housekeeping Chief.

It was okay. The check-in was slow. No hot water. Breakfast was average

It was ok.

There were no towels in room. Even after requesting some and going out for multiple hours. After I got back still no towels. This happened twice. Bar on terrace was being under going renovation. Despite still being open bar blender did not work. So blended cocktails were not available. Food service was horrific. Took staff about 45 min to bring out a ceviche and a water I had ordered.

My 5th time in Cartagena and this is the best hotel so far.

Great location in central Bocagrande and kind Staff with overall good English. Parking a bit difficult but better than around most hotels. Pool nice though quite small no fitness center but great value for the price.

They need a little be more about customer services at the restaurant. Front desk excellent.
