We first stayed @ the hotel in 2012 & 2013 on an archeological tour. We returned to visit the Ness of Brodgar dig site so we knew the hotel before we came. It has gone through some changes since first we visited but the evening meal was still excellent as were the staff!

We were disappointed with the breakfast which was not as good as we remembered with a smaller selection of items which frequently ran out I.e. Danish pastries, orange juice. The fried eggs seemed a bit over cooked at times! We also recognised the carpet leading to the restaurant from our 2012/13 visit & hope that it will be included in your renovations at some point soon.

The location was excellent. Near the Information bureau and the bus station. The room was large enough and very clean, as was the bathroom.

Restaurant was okay. Although we had some red wine which was not very good. We pointed this out to the manager. The staff were a bit abrupt with their customers.
