Big rooms, good beds.

Everything such value for money,from the moment we arrived,everyone so friendly to us.amazing size room,pool area so nice.When we travel to Mombasa we will definitely stay here again

They offered me very early check in at 5 a.m and a late check out at 12 noon. This made it very easy for me as I was travelling with children.

I loved the location of the apartment, it's in a cool, quiet environment. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean and has an instructor at all times. The breakfast was sweet 😋, the chefs very friendly, and rooms are cleaned every morning. The staffs are generally all amazing.

The bedroom locks were not working 🙄,,one room's light wasn't working, I don't know why but the host didn't give us an orientation for day one, I had to find her and ask her questions all the time.

there was only cold water in the shower. a lot of noise in the swimming pool at 6h. one of the rooms did not have the ac commando . toilet and kitchen need cleaning and some windows don’t close

The customer service was amazing. The place was so comfortable plus they allowed late checkout at a fee. I will definitely be back

Food Clean swimming pool

1. No clean water was provided , we spent days drinking tea from salty water. 2. Noise from the renovation guys

Breakfast great, located in a nice place

They could increase the bathrooms and provide better soap than what they were providing. I was forced to buy my own soap. try to put up shower gels at least

The apartments are of good size with a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and balcony. It has a good refrigerator with freezer, a small gas stove, kettle and microwave. Shower has hot water. The bed is large and comfortable, it has air conditioning (but not strong) and a fan. I especially liked that in the kitchenette there was even a sponge and dishwashing liquid and a drying towel. Also worth mentioning is the excellent room service. Every day was super cleaned and brought fresh towels. We had a good stay here.

Air condition is very weak. Cutlery and crockery is reduced. A toaster would be good.

Great location, and good restaurant facilities. Very friendly and efficient staff, eg, organising same day clothes washing, and finding us an emergency taxi to Mombasa Airport at 4.30 am after our other taxi had let us down.

Shower had little water (volume, heat)

On the otherhand, we loved the price. The restaurant served good food and customer service was excellent.

The pictures posted on Booking.com did not indicate that the property was as old as it was. The rooms needed some updating with at least paint and clean furniture. Everything was dingy

If you want to enjoy Nyali beach, this is one of the place to stay. The room was really clean and spacious with a huge bed. The AC was well working. It's a walking distance to Nyali Beach and the place has a clean pool that we used. I notably appreciated the help of the manager as some people were partying and very loud.... He managed the situation efficiently. The breakfast was really good and varied.

The room was a bit dark but I guess it is because of the heat

I liked spacious rooms , room service,wifi,excellent customer service, catering, swimming pool, accessibility to the beach and of course nearby health facility and shopping malls

The timing for cleaning the room was not appropriate especially where I had to keep kids outside during lunch hour.on 167th my house was halfway cleaned🙄
