Customer service was great.

It worked. Easy to get there from airport. Shuttle good , room needs some. Paint peeling, tub very chipped and ugly caulking. But no bugs. Was good price

Stay was short but great

I think there were bullet holes in the ceiling. The room was not clean. There was a washcloth in the shower and a towel on the bed. No service at the desk when we called. Awful experience.

It was brief. I had good rest

The property was quite rundown. The room had rips in the carpet, cuts in the linoleum, peeling paint on walls and in the bathtub. My first night there was an altercation outside my door and someone was forcibly arrested, and on my second night there was a domestic abuse situation in the adjoining room.

we requested a handicap room. They did not have one for us. The room smelled horrible. Nothing worked right. The TV turner didn’t work it turn the TV on, but it wouldn’t turn the channels. The phone didn’t work. There’s lights didn’t work. Wanted to put my mom upstairs because we didn’t have more handicap rooms and I told him she can’t even go upstairs because, she’s in a walker and you don’t have an elevator. Ended up putting us in a suite they wanted to charge us more and I said hell no because you didn’t have anything ready that should’ve been ready.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! A group of 4 of us were in town to work an event, this seemed like a reasonable option as it was a good distance to the airport and tour event. The room was disgusting, it smelt like the room was ‘wet’ when we walked in. Like there was too much moisture in the room. We had 4 in our party but the beds only had 3 pillows each that were couch pillows. 12x12 square. And there were only 2 towels. The hotel knew there was to be 4 guests. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. No dial tone, nothing. One person in the party opted to run over to the front desk and get more pillows and towels, since we couldn’t call. The bathroom smelt of mold, see the photos below but the framing was literally falling apart. The safe box was in the ground on a cinder block. The entire place was dirty. None of us would walk around without socks on. An at the foot of the 2nd bed there was a semi wet spot. The 1st bed had a visual and physical dent from someone sitting on the side. The TV got one channel. An there were no usable plugs to charge phones. You had to unplug one of the 3 lamp options to light the room, as there was no main light. For $350 for 3 nights. I didn’t expect the ritz but I did expect to not wake up with bed bug bites over my entire left side. I have 5 bites in my ankle, 2 on my arm, 5 on my thumb knuckle and 3 on my neck. All appeared after one night. No help from the front desk as apparently the 2 bed bedrooms were all booked out.

This place has black mold on the ceiling in various spots, the air conditioner did not work all night. I asked for additional pillows and never received any. There is a collection of dried dirt on all air vents including the AC. The floor felt a bit damp maybe due to the mildew smell of no air circulation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone only if you have a very tight flight and want to save on Uber for free shuttle service which was great.

An older building in urgent need of repair and upgrades.

Waited in a long line to check in. The wait was over one hour! Unacceptable! The place is very dated and dirty. You get what you pay for in this one.

The airport pick up did not show up on time one reason i chose this is for the airport shuttle service some other guest also end up taking a cab so inconvenient

Property did not match the photos at all! The lobby was small and not very welcoming. The staff were ok, not overly friendly or welcoming. The property seemed rundown, outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The room smelled musty the bathroom was tiny and peeling paint seemed to reveal what looked like mold had been painted over. The bathtub/shower glaze was dirty and peeling. We took the loss, checked out 10 minutes after checking in and went somewhere else.

Its a very old hotel, however it was clean. I personally travel with Clorox wipes to sanitize anything we would touch or use out of COVID precaution! Old shower but clean, so ALWAYS pack shower shoes as a precaution as well

there were bed bugs in the accommodation

Very basic hotel for lay over of transfer or arrive late after long flight.

The room was disgusting. I will never be able to truly describe that smell. The bathroom looks like someone was washing pigs in the tub. I could go on and on but I will simply say, don't stay here!

The room was fine considering the low price I paid for the room. It was comfortable, shower was cool and never got warm, pool was nice. It was noisy at night with someone car alarm going off for almost 4 hours. I had to call front desk for them to investigate after 3 hours of a noisy car alarm. Needless, not much sleep at the hotel.

Easy check in and close to the airport is ALL the positives I can give this hotel. Police in the parking lot with the homeless people fighting when we got there. One room wouldn't open, had to have maintenance help. We should have left when we opened our room and there was a fresh beverage from the gas station in there. I assumed maybe housekeeping left it behind and gave it to maintenance since the rest of the room was clean-ish. There were holes in the walls. The AC unit barely worked. The knob came off in my hand. My husband does HVAC and was going to try and clean it (when the cover fell off while i was trying to put the knob back on) but he said there was no fixing it. Cover didn't fit because at some point, it had MELTED. Tried to sleep with the windows open, but we didn't feel safe and the freeway is literally RIGHT there. Water pressure was terrible, pillows were a joke, and forget the IHOP on site. It had a sign that said it was closed, so we took a Lyft to the mall to eat. We should have asked for a new room but we were traveling with another couple they put next door. Never again! I have photos, but it won't let me upload them!

It was a little in need of some repair (bathroom) but had a wonderful stay as it was comfortable. Nice outdoor poor and little areas around motel to sit around.

When you watch the movies from the 80s/90s where there's an outline of a body on the floor in a motel room, this is what my wife and I felt we were in. Very very dated, didn't use the shower as it wasn't clean, tried the AC but this was louder than the highway which was right outside our door. Parking was ok at $5 a night. Would we stay again, no chance. Staff where excellent when I was checking in and dealing with a very angry customer, not me by the way, a very loud American chap.

VERY poor front desk treatment from 3 different front desk service. Not wanting to help solve my ant invasion problem; only to offer me to go elsewhere. I'm a disabled senior citizen and was treated very poorly. you MUST RETRAIN THOSE THAT INTERACT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS... They should be replaced and I am a retired Aerospace Engineer that has traveled the world.

Great service but hotel needs better friendlier maids

While visiting San Francisco we had a 2 night stay. The hotel provided everything we needed, nothing fancy but was clean. IHOP restaurant next door and bus services right out friont. During our stay, we walked to Macdonalds up the street.

We checked in, walked to our room and the key card didn’t work to start. We finally get in and the lights don't work. The shower looked like something from a horror movie. The walls were dry rotted from moisture. The connecting room door was so thin, we could hear EVERYTHING in the room next door.

Non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, bathroom sliding door didn’t close completely, and the AC didn’t work (the room was really stuffy). We had a newborn that had to deal with the smell. And the phones didn’t work to call the office, I used my cell phone to call the front office but it was never answered after several calls.
