The hotel is nice & clean It’s value for money. The problem I experienced was the chef was cooking egg omelette and the sausages on same hot plate I’m a Muslim customer. They should consider this

The room they gave us cannot drain out water when you shower which sometimes allow water from the washroom to flow into our room.

This was my second stay and I stayed for 5 nights room 5004. This was ONE of the best stays in Suva. The hotel has a great view and rooms are clean and well maintain staff are simply outstanding and Food for lunch and dinner was outstanding. Breakfast eggs cooked to perfection and variety available and breakfast inclusive to your stay. Free car park and so easy you have access to gate and you an come and go as you like. Staff are always willing to open the gate for you. I have found my stay in Suva and will always stay here as the place is so relaxing and nice with food and drinks available onsite and new sitting areas with BBQ dinner available while you dip in the pool. Room – well kept clean and if you can’t locate anything you can call reception, they will action your request asap. Housekeeping is doing a great job with keeping the room clean. Bed - great sleep each night with clean comfortable bed and pillow. AC – works well and keeps you at the right temperature. TV is not connected but its not an issue as you can read, take walks and rest so it does not matter. I highly recommend that you eat lunch or dinner and food cooked to your liking by chef who is great and makes sure your food is cooked to perfection. All staff kind, caring and always willing to assist you in your concerns and are very approachable. Bathroom - shower pressure is great with constant hot water and clean and well kept. Very glitzy, and majority of staff where great. How ever the breakfast options were the worst I have experienced in my 20 plus years of travelling and living in Fiji. In addition, we have paid for one room twice, and they refuse to refund so have stolen a considerable amount of our money.

I loved the clean rooms, friendly and helpful people and cheers to Fiji. Great Service there and food.

Spacious room. Good breakfast.

We stayed in two rooms for 10 nights, but the TV was not available, the air conditioner and hair dryer were broken and left for several days, Bath towels with blood stains are of the same quality as bath mats, and bath mats are as heavy worn-out as dust clothes, also when I asked for a change of bath towels, they instructed me to bring them in reception for confirmation. One night, It couldn't flush the toilet and there was no hot or cold water in the shower in another day. As for the rooms make, beds are made up, but probably sheets are not changed. At breakfast, where the content is the same every day, Chinese employees are eating their meals while watching loud Chinese videos. Some friendly employees smile at us, but overall service to guests is very poor.

Poor breakfast, when power went off they don't have backup generator: no hot water to take shower, no elevator. For almost same price there are better hotels at Suva

Towels were raggedy. They dont give you hand or face towels.

dirty towels, ordered few times same old dirty towels. also bugs in the night time on the floors. Employees are good and friendly.

Liked nothing Disliked the room which was dirty and lots of cockroaches crawling freely… room was never really cleaned during our stay even though we asked them to clean it everyday. Cups were never cleaned. Dead cockroaches were never removed. Worst hotel ever. Pathetic!!!
