Staying for the fifth time. Location, design, service - everything is fine.

Amazingly new and clean facilities, air-conditioning works just fine. Nice staff, central location with access to convenient transportation, and a lovely balcony.

The windows are not air-tight, resulting in occasionally loud noises due to its vicinity to main roads. I wasn't sensitive to noises so it was acceptable for me.

The flat is new and modern. It provides sufficient amenity for a short stay

The design is a bit funny. The balcony is spacious while the shower room is tiny The ventilation fan and the light in toilet are noisy. The fridge is also very noisy the whole night The water heater has to be turned on 30mins before usage, which is quite inconvenient The location is around 10 - 15min walk from metro station. Not so practical if you carry big luggages under scortching sun of summer

The apartment ist quite spacious and very clean.

It was incredibly noisy and felt like sleeping next to a race track. It is also quite far away from the city center but the metro stop is close by.

Lovely staff, very clean and great location

Self check-in/check-out works well. Nice and functional design of the space. New building with beautiful balconies. The location is ideal for discovering the city centre of Athens, while staying in a convenient place for connecting to the airport.

The room was not properly ventilated and kept a lot of humidity both in the bathroom and the room. No ironing board. Some hungers could be useful in the space as there is really no place to leave your jacket. A double duvet would be more comfortable for a couple.

I stay here not for the first time and I described everything in my previous reviews. But now I was greeted by Aira when I checked in. She gave me a phone number and told me to call when needed. She helped me decide where to leave my luggage before and after check-in, thank you very much! Also she gave me a discount for next stay.

It was a clean, well organized place to stay. I will definitely stay next time when I'll visit Athens.

No coffee machine, very difficult to find parking around

The bed was really good and the interior design as well. The building is brand new so it's always a pleasure. Close to all commodities, good restaurants nearby. The M3 is not that far, but if you are hurling luggages from the airport, I would recommend taking the Xpress 95 bus instead. The cleaning personal was very friendly and helpful, as well as the hotline (no staff in the building).

It is important to note the building is next to two major roads that Athenians use to enter and leave Athens. As such it is very polluted and very loud, rendering the balcony quite useless. If you are sensitive to noise, you will need ear plugs to sleep as the traffic noise carries on all night long. The floor was very dirty.

Very modern brand new accomodation that makes you feel comfortable. Nice balcony, good mattress, smart TV, and various utensils that allow you to cook if needed. Also very secure.

I had a very nice stay here but definitely there is room for improvement considering the price in a non central location. Even though there is a double bed, they provide two very small single duvets rather than a double one that would cover the whole bed. As a result, you cannot fit the duvet to both sides and you are always exposed thus affecting the quality of your sleep. I also found the lighting in the bathroom insufficient and the water pressure was not adequately strong. The TV does not have channels, not even local ones. And finally, I found the email warning you about potential fines quite intimidating. You pay 20 euros for a cleaning fee and yet they expect you to empty the trash otherwise they might fine you..I was not fined, yet that email made me feel a bit anxious.
