Had a quick weekend stay in this well cleaned, updated home in Luray. Everything was super easy-finding the location, parking, gaining entrance, as well as the departure. The neighbors are far enough away that we didn't worry about being too loud or vice versa. The home is nice and close to town. We were able to walk to a brewery with a food truck. It was also nice to have an enclosed area in the back yard for our dog to roam. The front porch is a great place to enjoy coffee in the a.m. Beds were comfortable, easy sleeping. Simply put, it's a clean, comfortable place to stay for a small group. The owners were easy to work with. We really appreciated their super quick responses to our questions. I actually would give them a plus plus for being so nice and accommodating. After we left (and had done a once over), they found our daughter's iPad that she left, and mailed it to her that very day. We are VERY grateful for their kindness. No comment on my daughter who loses things a lot more than we care to admit.

Cosy and well equipped house, plenty of space and good location for the nearby caverns.

The house was a great spot to stay with easy access to the national park. Luray was a lovely town to spend a few days!

We stayed as a family of 4 for a quick getaway and this was a great place. It is very clean and well decorated and the mattresses were SO comfortable, which we really appreciated. It was well stocked and had what we needed. It is also conveniently located close to town and the caverns. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The fact that front and back door had no hand rails made getting in house near impossible, no hand rails in bath tubs, to get in and out had to use neighbors drive and hike across grass and mulch. that is the reason for some low ratings. House.. Super, love the decorating, kitchen well ,equipped, very nice furniture, I am not a fan of foam mattresses, but for one night it was OK. I would rate most everything a 4+ or a 5, except the accessability. which was a 2. I partially blame Vrbofor not insisting on handicap acc. I dislike Vrbo and will go back to Booking. com which insists on meeting State lodging laws.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, centrally located, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

THIS LURAY HOME WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION NEXT TO THE LURAY CAVERNS AND SHENANDOAH NATIONAL PARK. THE GUIDE BOOK PROVIDED IN THE HOME WAS FULL OF VERY INFORMATIVE HIKING INFO AND LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY IN THIS UPDATED 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM HOME. WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO OTHERS AND WOULD LOVE TO RETURN FOR A LONGER STAY. A PERFECT VRBO HOME !!!

We planned our getaway on a whim, so it was great finding a place that was so pleasant and clean to stay in. I planned this overnight trip with my parents and my infant son (11months old). Once we got to the place, I felt very comfortable letting my son crawl all over the floor because it looked very clean. The place is decorated minimally but chic. I would book again if I happen to be visiting the area again.

This was a perfect home for us to stay and explore the gorgeous area in the fall. Great location. Super clean.

We stayed at Cottage by the Caverns to use as a base while we explored Shenandoah National Park. The home worked out great. Our only complaint was the lack of window coverings on the large front living room window, which caused us to feel a little bit of lack of privacy at night time. One of the bedrooms needed a nightstand lamp. Other than that, the place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts communicated well through the vrbo emails. We had a great time.

Cute place. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could use a few more amenities. One garbage bag for 3 people for 5 days isnt enough. Otherwise, overall, nice stay. Thank you, Tyler.

The property was very clean and as expected. Perfect for our family of 5. Good location to the National Park as well.

We planned this trip for our granddaughter to show her Luray Caverens and it worked out perfectly. The Caverens were great and a big hit with our granddaugher. Staying at 303 Luray Ave, Luray was icing on the cake. The location was very convenient, the house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equiped and the host was very responsive.

This place was well located to the Caverns and Shenandoah. It was also great that it is walkable to the town. We had a wonderful stay!

Such a clean and chic place. We loved the simple decor touches. Cleanliness was top notch! Close to Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We stayed in the cute cottage while visiting the Shenandoah Valley. It’s in a great location and had quick access to area activities!

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. This place fit us perfectly. It is sparkling clean. It is nicely furnished. Very new and modern. The fenced in back yard and fire pit is a nice touch. If you are in the Luray area this house is perfect!

Loved this cute little house for our annual couples hiking trip. Super convenient location for short trips to the trailheads and we walked to local restaurants a few times. The beds were super comfy and house was well appointed and clean. Would definitely stay again :)

This is a charming home that is beautifully appointed with a clean and modern decor. The beds were very comfortable, shower pressure was good and the kitchen has all modern appliances. Loved the small touches from shampoo/conditioner/body wash being provided to the coffee and creamer in the kitchen. They really don’t miss a beat when it comes to ensuring the little things are taken care of. Property manager has great communication and took care of a small issue within 30 minutes of us calling. The location is fantastic in terms of super short drives to Main Street and a quick hop over to Luray!

Excellent location close to main streety of Luray (2 min drive / 15 min walk). The propety was lovely and clean and Tyler was fantastic giving recommendations for where to eat in town!
