施設一帯圏外で電波がないにも関わらず部屋に設置されているWiFiの調子が悪く携帯が使えない時間があった。施設の人にすぐ確認したが私にはどうする事も出来ないの一点張りで対応が悪いように感じた。 最大8人まで宿泊可能と書いていたため8人で宿泊したところ椅子、食器、コップ、ベットが全て6人分しかなくて不便だった。

For the final day, we asked the host whether it is possible to keep our luggage while we went skiing. The host denied this unless we pay 40000 Yen. Storing luggage after check-out is a very normal service in any accommodation and we unfortunately had to cut our holiday stay by a day as we had nowhere to leave our luggage.

location is far from most of the ski action - must have a car given there is no shuttle service snow clearing sometimes happened early in the morning (8am) which woke us up one morning
