How convenient and nice it was

Nothing at all.

It was clean, spacious, and close to Silver Dollar City.

The listing is misleading. It’s not actually a cabin, but a 3 bedroom loft above the business part of the RV campground. The same issues others reported with dangerously unsafe stairs and a deck that I would worry to stand on. The staff was nice, but since you are above the business, you have to travel through their hangout area in the front where the cigarette and pot clouds are terrible.

It was located close to all attractions in Branson, and it was out of the busy traffic. Very friendly staff.

It is not handicap friendly. If you have a handicap person wheel chair, or walker, you might consider somewhere else. There is a flight of stairs that is not mentioned in booking .com add. We managed, and the staff helped to get up the stairs, but it was a struggle.

The location and the pool

Absolute terrible stay. Starts out with property manager calling me and saying he now needed a $400 damage deposit, the ad says $150. Not OK. I wasn’t happy at all with the sudden change a week into our vacation. Then when we arrived nothing at all was taken. Nowhere is it mentioned that there’s a rickety long flight of steps to the apartment . It became a problem for us. Im a senior and my daughter has bad hips and my other daughter has Covid lungs. The toilet had piss and paper in it when we arrived . Turns out the toilet was broken. We called them and a strange man that said he worked at the local motel showed up with a plunger. We had already tried. He didn’t fix it. We had to call again, the next day and wait for him to arrive. He didn’t fix it. Frustrating. Finally on day 3 he replaced parts and fixed it. At this point we aren’t even upset, making the best of it. Well, it gets worse. I tried to contact the owner when I found 25 empty drawers except one. Full of mouse droppings and fast food condiment garbage. There wasn’t a dish towel or sponge or dish soap or anything at all to clean up after ourselves. We had to buy kuerig coffee pods as it was the only machine. Not even one item in the kitchen we didn’t have to purchase. Not one. I went downstairs to ask the office guy about it and he mentioned that people had walked out the prior week because of dirty sheets. So I checked my sheets on day two. I flipped over two of the pillows and there was mascara, face makeup, and black hairs. None of it from me. The bathtub wasn’t clean, drain full of hair. I was looking for a broom and opened what I thought was a closet and it was a creepy flight of stairs to an apartment below us. No LOCK on our side. I asked the manager about it and he says “Well, there’s a keyless entry on it. Are you kidding? I insisted he lock it but there was nothing for safety on our side.

It was incredibly close to Silver dollar city

Because it was so close, the traffic getting to and from can be really bad. The bathroom/laundry room could use a deeper cleaning. There were other guests soaps left in the shower. The dining room chairs need replacing and the keurig was broken :(
