Downtown Montgomery is a little quiet, but hot is an easy walk from all sights we wanted to visit, and immediately across from several strong food options in the Alley

Terrible hotel design, can’t understand their thinking. We tried three rooms, all fails. First room had downstairs retail speakers pinned outside window; could sing along with the music from 6am to closing Second room was under the rooftop bar — too loud to fall asleep Third room was on ground floor. Some hall noise. I guess only in the next night was the room above us rented; somehow they built the rooms without up/down insulation. We could make out the accent and many words of the couple above us when they got in (at 3:30am) and later much else The online breakfast offer was goofy — prepay $20, and get a $21 coupon

The facility was wonderful - we would stay there again. The breakfast was great and the staff was extremely helpful. It was clean and we liked the location.

Nothing

I had a suite on the top floor with a large balcony. The room was very nice, but my GOSH, the noise level on that floor was excruciating! I got hardly any sleep and had to take a nap when I got home! Kids were running up and down the halls, and doors were slamming ALL DAY LONG (I stayed in the room most of the time), causing my walls to shake. The loudness permeated through the paper-thin walls. It was the worst experience I'd ever had. And for an average of $600 per night for my suite, I felt cheated. Also, the rooftop bar - which is a HUGE draw for this hotel - was not opening until the following weekend. And no one bothered to tell the booked guests in advance. Then again, the rooftop bar is on the same floor as my room so I can only imagine the noise it would generate so maybe I should count my blessings! That said, the location was perfect for what I needed, and I've never had nicer staff in a hotel. Everyone was attentive, talkative, and friendly.

Thicker walls?? I don't know. It was rough. I came away from my staycation exhausted from lack of sleep. For what I paid, I've learned the best isn't always the best. I'm scared to stay there again in case the walls are just as thin as the suite's were.

Beautiful hotel property and close to the fabulous Central for diner. The rooms were super well appointed with small details considered and the bed were extremely comfortable. The person at the front desk when I checked in was most helpful and friendly.

Breakfast should be included in the room rate - just my opinion Also, I left behind some clothes in the closet of the room. It's been a week now that I have been working to get them shipped back to me with no luck. I'm really disappointed about that and am still hopeful there will be some resolution. I've had conversation with housekeeping and the manager but no action to resolve the problem. I realize I am at fault but I called less than an hour after check out trying to be proactive but so far not a good ending.

Everything was great

I liked the architecture and the Starbucks connected to the hotel. I thought the lobby was really neat and the fitness room was great. The bed was comfortable and nice roomy bathroom.

I thought the hallways smelled a little stale but not bad. The TV in the fitness center did not have a remote so we could not turn on TV and they could not find the remote.

The room and the decor were great.

Parking was not the greatest.
