Our extended family (grandparents, siblings/in-laws, and cousins enjoyed a week here. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from the garage to an open spot on the sand. The house was stocked with many beach items (umbrella, small bucket cart on wheels, toys, boogie boards), and the kitchen had so much as well. We were all very pleased with our stay!

The house was so spacious and comfortable for our large family. Having two family rooms was perfect. Pool was nice and just a few steps to the beach! We had a couple minor issues but the rental company was very quick to address them.

Great house for a large family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and short bike ride to Coligny. Plenty of storage room in the garage for bikes and beach stuff. We used the pool every day and spent quality time on the porch. Very clean and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The house is an an ideal location - close to shopping and the beach. The home was perfect for our extended family with great rooms and private bathrooms. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks!

We love 17 Egret. It is our home away from home. We have rented 17 Egret for 7 years now. The past 3 years renting in the summer and fall. The house is wonderful for multi families as there are 2 living rooms to spread out in. The house is fully equipped with anything you may need in the kitchen. Has plenty of beach chairs, 2 coolers and 4 bikes come with the rental. Close walk to the beach.
