We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows.
The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4 Kings and 1 Queen, but actually had 4 Kings and 2 Queens.
We would absolutely stay here again UNLESS my husband needs a desk in a bedroom for remote work. He ended up staying home once we realized that the listing was inaccurate. There were lots of nice tables and places to sit in the common areas. However, adding a simple desk to the very spacious Master Bedroom would make a huge difference for anyone who needs to do remote video calls in a private space.

The only bad thing was that the bed sheets in one of the master bedroom were dirty, the stains looked like dried blood

Very nice location. Close to everything and the house was just amazing, updated, clean and comfortable for adults and kids. Fully equipped for all our family and cooking needs. Customer service was great when we needed extra towels delivered. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again and again. Thanks for the memories Gondola Vista!

We book this place for thanksgiving and we love the place for the extra spec and the provide area. Plus is extra close to down town

The property was clean and well situated. That being said, the main bathroom was not functional (heated floors were broken and the shower had no hot water) which forced us to share a smaller ground floor bathroom. I was promised a 20% refund for the inconvenience but the proeprty manager later reneged and offered 10% instead.

This was a very very great location the property was amazing I didn’t get the full stars because we had issues with the surroundsound system as well as the touchpads did not work in any of the showers to have steam showers as well as the bottom floors did not heat so that’s why I rated as such but awesome property to stay at once that stuff gets resolved

Love this location & size of house. Great place for larger groups. Had some issues with door & Sonos system that were resolved. Only frustration was the lack of garbage bags & TP.

Everything was fine except it wasn’t clear how many bathrooms are there for four bedroom and before going there I asked the question and didn’t receive any information. So there is three bathrooms for four bathrooms.

Amazing house, great location. My only issue was there is no way to contact the property manager after booking. I had to call Vrbo the day before check in to get the check in/property manager info. But once I was able to talk to the property manager, everything was perfect, and they were very responsive to the one technical issue I had. Would definitely rent one if these properties again.

Gondola vista is a beautiful property with upscale furnishings.... not childproof, so beware if your thinking about children of any age. The location is ideal for skiing, but not ski in, ski out. The ski village is within walking distance, where you can access gondola and all restaurants. There is NOT a hot tub onsite, even though I was assured there was and the water pressure in the shower was very disappointing! 1 ply toilet paper made us run for the grocery store immediately!

The perfect location and excellentaccommodations. Next to Van sickle state park. Walkable to everywhere. The only downside was not all basic amenities were provided for the bathrooms,kitchen and washer & dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and new. Not a lot of ‘stuff’ that is usually left behind by other guests. No soap in the bathrooms. Luckily I brought soap and cooking extras (butter, oil, coffee etc.). There was cooking utensils, pans, coffee pot, dishes, towels. It’s very new and really nicely decorated. The Sonos was cool. Very close to shops and casinos, can walk (carefully) to Harrahs, which is nice because all the casinos charge for parking. The gondolas were right above our balcony and would probably be really cool in the winter. Absolutely would stay again. Would also be great for large groups of people that need multiple units.

My family and I LOVED out stay at the Gondola Vista! We felt as if we were at home! The service was wonderful as well! The area is within a 5 minute walk from the shopping centers and grocery store, so its very convenient, but still peacefully quiet. We will be returning for another stay very soon! -Farina
