This is a very nice hotel to stay in. Room a little small by North American standard but well equipped. Very impressed with this hotel. Convenient location walkable to many places. About 15-minute walk to the large Chinatown. Subway entrance underneath the hotel. Pastry shop right next to hotel and a nice restaurant just a few steps further. Just 5-min. taxi ride to pier for our cruise. Only thing is that the room does not have lotion in bathroom. Also, the toilet paper is way too thin.

Two night stay in between cruises. Lovely room. Fabulous breakfast arrangement with outstanding choices. Loved the lounge on 7 with space to enjoy. Fabulous staff so helpful and accommodating. Beautiful building, close to transportation and local attractions.

It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was really good. The location is just walking distance from some tourist attractions. The price is also very reasonable.

Everything in this hotel was 5 ⭐. We loved the breakfast, the cleanliness, the confortable beds, the space of the room. Excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We'll highly recommend it!

The hotel was spot on from the moment we approached the front desk. Nearly all the clerks we spoke and communicated well.
At our checkin time (2pm) our rooms were ready.
The rooms were very well appointed, not only with mini fridge but utensils (good for re-heating left overs). A nice touch in this international hotel was the ability to 'cast' your mobile device videos to the room TV (mostly only had in country channels), so being able to stream your home country content was a bonus).
Even had a self service coffee lounge and sitting area (7th floor).
Walking distance to attractions (Landmark Tower and ChinaTown).
I would book again.

Excellent stay at the hotel. The location is right next to subway station We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit. Clean and function room with kitchenette and a laundry machine. Helpful staff. Close to Chinatown and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes’ away.

I stay in Yokohama regularly, and always at this property. I appreciate the large rooms, and although it is a few stations away from Yokohama station, the local train service is frequent. As you might expect, the rooms are very clean (#japan), and if you get a room on the harbour side, the view is quite good.

Stayed here for 1 night while travelling on my Honeymoon and it was amazing! The excellent check-in process was quick & easy, and the staff ensured we understood everything. The room was tidy, with a great shower (very nice water pressure & amenities), and excellent view. The hotel was also just moments away from multiple transportation options and a short walk to Yokohama China town!

Large room with kitchen, washer/dryer. Lots of storage. You can cast to TV to watch netflix, or other streaming services. Clean room, great comfy bed. If using light rail MM get off at Mm05. Exit station and hotel is next door on left. If you are cruising from port of yokohama only a 10 minute walk with luggage.

The hotel was expensive compared to the facilities provided. The room was small and a bit dark. However, it was located very close to Chinatown and had a subway station opposite the hotel, making the location very convenient for traveling.

They are helpful for disabled customer, and the property is quite functional and well-maintained with coin-launtry, studio-type room with kitchen, kitchen utenciles, and microwave oven. The property is close to harbour.

Property feels pretty modern. We really enjoyed this, especially the common area on the 7th floor. Coffee and tea are complimentary but coffee stops by a certain time. Free water on site too.
