Beautiful place in the middle of nature. Rooms are nice and cozy with a chimney.

One receptionist was rude and not servicial at all. The lake is a little bit dirty. Food could be better

Given the prices, I think service could improve at reception, helping with luggage at the parking, etc.

This is one of the best places to be in Valle de Bravo. The room was amazing, facilities were beautiful and the service during the entire weekend was perfect. On Sundays, lots of people that are not staying in the hotel goes to spend the day. So I recommend you to take breakfast really early or to go outside and have breakfast elsewhere.

It has the most beautiful spa.

No privacy our room's terrace was the view of another’s room and had one of the forest paths next to us so it wasn’t private at all. A lot of kids screaming. Slow service. Even at the spa you hear kids screaming.

This is the second time I come tot his great Hotel. Although it is still one of our favourites, we felt that the service is not so good and mis according to tue category and the price of the Hotel. The staff has a problem with its attitude, particularly at the restaurant. We had to ask three, four times for something and every moment we were reminded of what it was not covered. They were not kind with the kids, and we had to bring things by ourselves. A “good morning” when we enter tue place would be nice.
