This was our second stay at Villa Aprica, but our first time with Denise and Brian as owners. The house is great and just as described, and Denise and Brian are phenomenal hosts. On the day we arrived there was an island-wide power outage (out of their control) and when we arrived Brian had loaded up a large Yeti cooler with several bags of ice. They were very easy to communicate with, before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Our week in St John was everything we had imagined and more. The villa was just right, with very comfortable bedrooms, huge bathrooms, endless views, convenience to snorkeling and great food. The property managers went above and beyond in their eagerness to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend .

Villa Aprica is just as beautiful as it appears. The views are spectacular. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and the decks make outdoor lounging a pleasure. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. And we can’t imagine better hosts. We highly recommend this property.

Villa is exactly as listed. I chose this location due to the close proximity to both Coral Bay restaurants and beaches. Our party of 6 enjoyed the comfortable outdoor spaces including the pool which got plenty of sun. Denise was great to work with - responding promptly to questions and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay!! Gorgeous views and very clean and comfortable place. We will def be back!!! Denise was a great host and was always there for any questions. Highly recommend.

This has been the best rental we have ever stayed at. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Everything was prepared by the host to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Denise was very responsive and you can tell she wanted her love for the island to be shared with us. The location is so quiet. And the views!! Amazing. You could not ask for a prettier location. It’s also very convenient to Skinny Legs which we frequented several times. The locals thought we were crazy for walking up and down the steep hill but we didn’t mind. It was a good time to say hello to all the goats! Just bring sturdy footwear as flip flops don’t work on that hill. There is also great hiking nearby with fantastic views of bays and ruins. We were sad to leave but so very happy we found and experienced Villa Aprica! We will be back for sure!!
