A esta villa para no fumadores tan agradable no le faltan opciones para pasarlo en grande, como, por ejemplo, kayak y bicicletas en las instalaciones. Estarás a 8 min a pie de Playa de Coligny y a 10 min de Coligny Plaza (centro comercial). El alojamiento dispone de aparcamiento en las instalaciones, así que olvídate de tu vehículo y sal a pasear.
Esta villa de 1465 metros cuadrados ofrece una piscina comunitaria y una parrilla, de modo que podrás disfrutar del aire libre. Para cambiar un poco, entra y disfruta del wifi gratis y de la televisión por satélite o cable.
Este alojamiento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños cuenta con una sala de estar, un comedor, un sofá cama y aire acondicionado. El cuarto de baño incluye un secador de pelo y toallas. We loved the location of the Hilton Head Beach Villas. It is steps from the pool, great for kids of all ages, and the property is beachside with a very short walk to the beach. The entire family loved the new pool area with a zero entry which was great for the youngest grandchild. The complex was well-maintained, and the landscaping was beautiful. The smallness of the complex (30 units) allowed families to gather and enjoy the large open lawn. A bonus was seeing fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July. We appreciated host2coast's arrival package and how clean the property was kept.
The condo layout allowed privacy for everyone and was very soundproof. Most everything in the condo has been updated and tastefully decorated. The property is a 10-minute walk to Coligney Plaza allowing us to have a fun mix of pool, beach, shopping, and dining nearby.

This was our first family trip to HH and we really enjoyed our stay!! There was plenty of rooms to make us comfortable and the location is awesome!
Steps away from the beach & pool was an extra bonus when traveling with young kids.
Communication with host2coast was extremely easy.
Would definitely recommend the HH Beach Villa!!

These beach villas are the best place to stay on the island! I have stayed in many of them and this one was one of my favorites. The shower size in the master bedroom was spectacular!
If there was just any suggestion I could give - it would be to somehow have more space to store food. This is not a hit on the owners & didn't take away from the stay, it's just something we thought a lot about while we were there. We moved all of the decorations off of the black credenza to put all of the chips/cereal/snacks.

Loved the new pool at the condo. The condo is perfect for our family. We loved the layout of the rooms.

Sink in master bath was missing the drain, the other was just a dribble coming out.
Shower intermittently leaked. Toilet was always refilling tank.
Something is clogged in ac vent and constantly flapping when fan is on

Convenient distance to Coligny Beach shops and restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beach. The property management was very responsive to an issue we had. Nice area of Hilton Head.

This property is one that we would stay at again, and again. Management is easy to work with and very responsive. The location is perfect! A short walk to the beach, a short bike or walk to Coligny. This location was one that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Condo was great for our multi-generational family fall break -- especially with kids. Not the most modern/up to date rental, but clean and comfortable. I was worried it might be a long walk out to the beach but it was not as distant as some of the pics made it seem. Pool is not heated, which kept adults 'out' in October but kids didn't seem to mind. Beautiful landscaping/trees/greenspace left plenty of space for kids to make friends and play football/soccer and having direct access outside from the ground floor was also a plus. Very quiet at night, perfect for families, and close to park/playgrounds and restaurants/shops at Coligny.

I was able to stay at this property with my wife, granddaughter, father-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece. It sounds like quite a mix but we are a close family. The property however allowed us each have our own space we were extremely close to the beach with pool access right out the back door. We were also close enough to Coligny plaza to walk. The location is excellent the property was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

This community has become my favorite place to stay when visiting HHI! So convenient to food, shopping and most importantly super easy beach access. The Villa was clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. We definitely didn’t want to leave!

Excellent stay and property! 3 beds and 3 baths, plenty of room for our family of 6. This property has a beautiful courtyard, lawn, and pool in the center that the unit’s balcony overlooks. It feels more like a cozy home, rather than a commercialized high-rise condo. The best part is that it has private access from the yard to the beach which makes an easy walk with a beach cart. We can easily come back to the room from the beach during the day for meals and breaks, this was great for our small kids and elderly parents. I highly recommend this unit for an awesome Hilton Head vacation.

We had a wonderful time. We're used to staying at Seaside Villas but need a larger space. We have owned and stayed on this side of the island for 23 years and loved every minute!

It is somewhat private, but just steps from the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, that is why we booked this unit a second time. We had a minor maintenance issue and management and maintenance responded to very quickly.

Place was very nice and perfectly located giving us easy access to the beach as well as all of the golf courses we were scheduled to play.

This listing was everything promised and then some. The location was perfect with a gated entrance. The private beach entrance was a 2 minute walk from the condo and made for a nice and relaxing time on the beach. The unit was exceptionally clean with enough space for 5 adults. Looking forward to staying here the next time down!

We were in HH for a wedding and this condo was perfect. It is in a great location, only a half mile from Coligney and we could see the ocean from the condo. The condo is exactly as described. We would definitely stay there agian!

The house was very convenient to all shops and was in a very quiet complex. Very clean inside with all necessities. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Hilton Head.
