Keurig didn’t work and was never repaired in our unit, even though we contacted Vacasa numerous times. Info to access wasn’t complete, so we had to go to Balding Resort Security and even though they didn’t cover our unit, Shane in Security there made some phone calls to try to help us, but even then, he was given an access code to a lockbox containing a key, which also didn’t work!! After getting a message that we could check in early, and after standing outside in the hot sun at Security (and a couple of trips back and forth), we of course didn’t get in early!! Very poor service by Vacasa, but excellent attempts by Rumbling Bald Security to help us!!

Keurig could have been repaired/replaced. We didn’t bother staying our last night there because we didn’t want to pay for coffee out again since checkout time was 10 a.m.!
