Todo estuvo estupendo!!!! Buenas ubicación cerca de la estación de tren, cómo queríamos. Habitación cómoda, amplia. El check in muy fácil de hacer. Desayuno en la cafetería correcto.

Il B&B è abbastanza centrale e, se si ha fortuna, si trova parcheggio proprio lì sotto. Il bagno è molto moderno (come piace a me). Il prezzo della struttura è buono. Per stare una o due notti è una sistemazione adeguata.

Eravamo in due e siamo rimaste per due notti. Nella stanza non c'era nessun armadio, né altro tipo di mobilio per sistemare i vestiti, se non una specie di attaccapanni, ma senza grucce. Per fortuna c'erano un letto in più e un divano che io e la mia amica abbiamo usato come "armadi". Lo staff del B&B è quello del bar sottostante, dove viene servita la colazione (1 brioche, 1 cappuccino, 1succo d'arancia) e che funge anche da "reception".

mancava battiscopa in una parte della camera, la porta della stanza non mi è sembrata sicura la serratura era forzara, mobili rovinati, lenzuola non stirate, mancava la tenda in bagno alla finestra dalle case davanti potevano vedermi fare la doccia.

The room itself is very spacious and new, the bed is extremely comfortable. There is a kettle as well as a coffee machine, which was great. It also comes with a small breakfast, although I'm gluten free so I couldn't have it, but it's a nice touch. The highlight is the shower, it's a rain shower and very spacious, loved it. The host worked with me so we could drop off our bags early at the place so we didn't have to carry them around. The cleaning lady was very friendly and welcoming!

The place is still under construction so during the whole day we were there, there was loud banging and general construction noise, which we hadn't been warned about. There isn't a proper curtain in the bathroom, the window is large and looks out over a very busy street so you can't put the light on at night without being seen. The location is terrible because the road is super busy and therefore it's very loud. The room wasn't entirely finished, especially the door, which had a wide gap around it so every time someone was in the corridor, the light came through and we were woken up several times like this. I didn't receive any instructions for the stay, I had to ask for the code to enter and never received the WiFi code or any other info. I think the business is very new and it has some growing pains but it has potential (other than the location). Oh and I'm not sure what they mean by private beach access in the description.

Review: I recently booked an accommodation for my stay, but unfortunately, I encountered numerous problems that significantly affected my experience. To begin with, I did not receive the entry code prior to my arrival, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Additionally, the room lacked proper lighting as there was no light bulb provided. Furthermore, basic amenities were missing, such as hand soap, which is an essential item in any accommodation. The overall moisture level in the room was high, leading to a damp and uncomfortable environment. Moreover, the room appeared dusty and poorly maintained, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Another major drawback was the strong smell of paint, indicating recent renovation work. This unpleasant odor persisted throughout my stay and made the room uncomfortable. Adding to the disappointment, the promised breakfast was nonexistent, leaving me without a proper meal to start my day. Furthermore, the lack of insulation resulted in excessive noise from both within the building and the surrounding area. This constant disturbance made it difficult to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. In addition to the aforementioned issues, I was also taken aback by an inconvenient and unexpected request made by the host. During my stay, I was asked to leave my dinner plans and return to the accommodation to settle the payment. This unexpected interruption disrupted my evening and was an inconvenience that I did not anticipate or appreciate. It would have been more convenient and professional for the host to arrange a suitable time and method for payment during the check-in process, rather than inconveniencing guests during their scheduled activities. This further added to the overall dissatisfaction and left a negative impression of the host's professionalism and consideration for guests' convenience. I hope that these issues are addressed and improved upon to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

Really nice host who gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with a lounge area. Room had kettle, coffee machine (capsules) and breakfast provisions, and great wifi. B&B is very newly renovated - the front of the building is currently also being renovated but the entrance to the rooms is down the side of the building. Location is good - short flat walk from train station (5-10 minutes), supermarkets and places to eat very nearby, and also a short walk from the old town.
