I was nervous to be booking my first vrbo for an adult sibling and spouses Red Rocks concert weekend vaca. I spent a lot of time deliberating the daunting options. I have endless gratitude to Heather and her Coffee Cup Cottage for helping me hit it out of the park. Everyone was comfortable, the house was so clean, and we all had a wonderful weekend. The attention is in the details at Coffee Cup Cottage.

The property was just as described, everything was clean, check in process was super easy, and we had a wonderful stay. I will say it is located on a busy road, but there is plenty of room to pull off to the side and back into the driveway which makes leaving the home much easier. It seems like it could be noisy but inside the house it is perfectly quiet and we all slept great! The backyard is an amazing place to just enjoy some peace and quiet.

Very well appointed and clean! Comfortable beds! Great sheets and towels! Wonderful space inside and out. Very responsive owner. If our plans bring us back to Denver, we would definitely look to book Coffee Cup Cottage.

Property was clean and the manager was fantastic. Location is not where i would have liked to stay. Its located on a busy road that is noisy. Lost power twice that hindered our stay. Not their fault, but it did make an impact the comfort of our stay.

Heather was great! Super communicative and helpful. The house was stocked with anything you could have asked for (linens, paper products, advil, spices, and of course coffee). Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Only slight downside is that the house sits right on a busy street, but there were white noise machines and fans to block out any street noise. Highly recommend staying here!

This rental was perfect for us! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and everything we could hope for. The kitchen was beyond well equipped. There was incredible attention to detail and it was super clean. Our host was incredibly attentive, providing suggestions for our trip and checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our family did not want to leave.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Coffee Cottage! Everything was well appointed (kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms too!). Beds were SOOOO comfortable and the design selection of furniture was excellent. I don't think we could have had a better experience! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is stocked with everything you need and extras. It was so clean upon check-in. It’s a perfect location for Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Denver area. The owner is amazing she responds quickly if you need anything.We definitely plan to stay at the coffee cup cottage again.

Thanks to Heather - a beautifully and simply decorated home with all attention to details for all you need. Carefully chosen products for soaps and not filled with fake fragrance, attention to cleanliness. Wonderful cozy blankets, several ways to make coffee, fully stocked kitchen., fire pit, grill, and staples in the pantry/spice rack. Great layout for a family with teens. Plenty of room for them to have separate places to sleep and downstairs to chill. Games and fun books to read available too. Only downfall is that it is on a very busy street but with the windows closed, the traffic noise was minimal and didn't keep anyone up at night. Would definitely book again. Thanks Heather for great communication too!
