Nice property, super clean. The host nice person, the microwave was not working and he tried to get a a new one for us to use, it didn't arrive on time but at least he tried. Overall a good experience. Thanks

We are absolutely in love with our vacation house! It was located closely to the island, super close to the stores and was a cozy and very comfortable and clean, beautiful home!!!

This house was wonderful for our family vacation. My mother who is 76 and uses a walker was able to access the home easily. The pool was beautiful especially at night and everyone enjoyed it. The house is big and spacious. Lots of room to all sit and watch a movie together. The beds were comfortable. Adam always responded to questions and was helpful. We would definitely book this house again.

This listing was a home away from home!
The home is cleanl, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked to make a home cooked meal, and aesthetically pleasing. For the pool water, it has the perfect amount of chlorine level which made it great to take a relaxing swim to start/end the day. Also, the home perfectly located to what Bradenton & Sarasota has to offer. Finally, Adam is a great communicators and welcoming!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. The owner is amazing, my daughter left a ring behind at the property and he made sure that it got back safely to her. 10/10 would definitely recommend

We were in town for my nieces wedding on Ana Marie Island. This location was great. Just a little drive to the island and the beaches. The house was amazing. The beds are so comfortable. Adam was a great host very responsive. The backyard was exactly like the photos. So beautiful and relaxing. Already looking for another time to stay here!!!! Thanks for everything Adam!

1. Make sure you take pictures of every single piece of furniture when you arrive! Bunk beds ladder was broken and not attached to bed. When my son tried to climb down he slipped and landed on the frame of the bottom bunk and it broke. I purchased the insurance and they ended up telling me I that I didn't and that I owed them money for the bed and a chair that we supposably broke also.
2. Make sure you bring everything that you would think that a rental should provide, because they don't.
3. And this is a big one... they video record you. There was no notification that this would happen. It was quite creepy.
Overall the home was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. But as far as Adam the property manager he will try to scam you to get more money from you every way possible!!! Major lessons learned that's for sure!!!!

Spacious home, close to Anna Maria island, well stock with necessities. Owner responses very quickly to any inquiry. Slightly negative issues- my Vrbo site stated a hot tub( even pulled it up to show hubby) there is not one. Pool only got to 80-82 on Friday, the day before I left. While cleaning prior to leaving I went to the second bathroom(did not use it) found trash not taken out from previous renters. Like I stated these are only slightly negative. I would still recommend this home and would return

We stayed in this property to have a weekend getaway before summer vacation ended. This house was the best choice we could have made. The house was super clean upon entry the rooms were all more then accommodating for all of our family this man really tough of everything in regard to comfort. But the highlight of the house was the beautiful backyard it was like being in a resort we loved the pool and barbecuing we will definitely book this home again.

I thought everything was excellent, a very nice, spacious house, located in a good place, the only thing I should check the air conditioning because it doesn't keep the house very cold! But I definitely recommend it.
