Great property right on Lake Norman Really liked the location and all the amenities, pool, pickle ball courts etc. Great communication from the hostess

We had a fantastic stay at Lake Norman! Tamara, our host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. She gave us great recommendations for dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The condo was peaceful with a wonderful view, and I spent most of my "work-cation" on the balcony. The pool was relaxing and quiet, providing the perfect escape. Tamara had thought of everything one needs while on vacation, making our stay even more comfortable. We loved the Davidson area, with grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants all conveniently close by. We will definitely be returning!

Property was great. Beautiful location on a quai off Lake Norman. Clean, modern, attractive condo. Only location drawback was nearness of I-77. Noisy on the back deck. But also well soundproofed once deck sliding glass door was closed. No noise when sleeping. One other slight issue: I slipped on mat in shower when entering, even after I thought I had it suctioned in place.

This rental was spotless, has been remodeled and looks new and has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the boats in the evening.

In town for a week to visit my son @ Davidson. This property is very convenient to campus as well as everything that I needed while there (grocery, gym, coffee). The only thing is that there is no elevator or washer/dryer. Other than that, it is a great place!

Very quiet, clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking to restaurant across the bay. We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time exploring the quaint town of Davidson. The school and town were gorgeous. Staying on the lake in your cute condo was the icing on the cake. The condo had everything you would need, great location, and very cozy. We had a great time.

We came for a 4-day weekend to attend a concert. The location was great. Close to the freeway which allowed easy access to Ubers. The place was very clean. The check in process was very simple. Loved the deck overlooking the pool & harbor. Quiet neighborhood

Beautifully furnished, easy access, convenient location, marina view, balcony-deck to relax and read, walk to restaurants, short drive to Davidson.

Perfect place for a long weekend with our family. Condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, close to restaurants, wine bar, grocery store and many other stores .

Our condo stay was excellent with our 2 small children. The condo is a top floor with direct view of the pool and harbor from the porch. We made full use of the pool that had steps into 3ft with depth of 5ft max. The condo was very clean, comfortable for sleep, and had everything we could need and more. Beach towels were very helpful! The smart TV and Alexa helped with entertainment needs. It is located very close to Davidson for any shopping or dining and extremely easy to get on/off of 77 for travel around Lake Norman area or to Charlotte. The owner was very responsive on any questions and a great host. We'd recommend and stay again. While located across from the harbor & I-77, the road noise was not noticeable from inside as the bedrooms are located on the opposite side. While we did not use, the pickleball courts looked nice and in daily use.

Stayed here for a few days for our first stop of a long road trip. Nice condo. Clean and quiet with everything you need. Convenient to downtown Davidson.
