Loved our stay here! Brought the fur baby and got to fish and RELAX! Would have loved a complete fence around yard to let our dog explore, but she enjoyed sunning with me on the deck. Will be back again.

Very pleased with the property.

Nice lake house, good sized property and yard with access to the lake and private dock/boathouse. Decent fishing right from the docks for catfish. Backyard has a nice big outdoor patio and outdoor kitchen is very nice. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay, exactly what I was looking for.

Great outside would love to come back in the summer. Need linen for all beds to be usable.

Beautiful house with an amazing view from inside. Huge windows with a view of the lake. Very clean, loved that the house was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The backyard was beautiful with a great view. Loved fishing off the dock, only complaint would be wish all the spiders and webs were cleaned off, there were a ton on the docs, seats and in the grilling area. We did find a broom to clean all this off, so not a big deal.

We stayed here for the Labor Day weekend with our large family and everything was great! The layout of the house was large and worked well with all of the family members we had. The sleeping arrangements were accommodating for everyone to be able to sleep comfortably. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and non-stop swimming and fishing off the dock. We grilled and hung out, played tons of games and really made the best of our family time together! We definitely would stay here again.

We had a great weekend! The house was clean and had everything we needed. When I reached out to our host, Sarah, she responded almost immediately. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the turtles and ducks swim by. It was a quiet street, we didn’t see any neighbors the entire weekend. We will definitely come back to stay here. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for having us.

Relaxing

Outdoor space , pier and home were wonderful. Cleanliness an issue.

Nicely decorated. Great amenities & ambiance. City/county roadwork less than desirable. Laying rock, rolling it flat for 3 days. Very loud & vibrated the house. Dust from gravel road, but not a deal breaker. Certainly no fault of our host. They were VERY responsive. My entire party wants it again next year. Thank you Mr & Mrs S

This was a great lake house for our family vacation. The amenities are awesome, inside & outside. There was so much to do, we have so much fun.

Its clean and well stock with the essentials. A variety of items are available for use at the dock and in the lake. Location isn't to far from the store if you forgot something. The house is beautiful and spotless! The dock was covered with cobwebs and no directions were given for lights on the dock! And then there was the carport! So, when we pulled in to the carport both of noticed lots and lots of dirt covering the French drain at end of driveway; covering most of said drain! Then overnight it stormed! Water approximately 2” deep all the way to back wall! Mud was everywhere, nothing was draining off! I called Mrs. Sims; told her about and her answer was yes that happens! No offer to fix the problem. I asked her if they had a shovel, she told me where it was and my husband, who has an incurable disease….PAH….. and me who has two bad knees, two metal hips, and a screwed up back shoveled the mud and rocks off the drain! Thankfully neither one of us was hurt by doing this! New dirt and road crap came washing down and covering the drain every time it stormed; every night! All of us had to walk thru mud and water just to get to our cars! We all decided that although the home is gorgeous we will never rent it again because of the danger of slipping in the mud! Also, what stinking hostess would allow her rentals to shovel the damn mud off the driveway? I have pictures of the flooded carport if you want them!

My coworker and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very nice and clean. Fishing of the dock after long day of work was relaxing. The sack had a lot of spider webs but it didn’t bother us. We are planning a trip to bring our families with us. Don’t hesitate to rent this property. You will not be disappointed and the host was very kind and responsive.

A few things need to be replaced, cleaning could be a little better after guests have been there, but all in all was very happy, and was a great place to stay. Sarah was wonderful to work with as a host. You will love it !!

Kitchen was fantastic. Everything the great. The only issue I had was the dock needs to be cleaned. There were so many spiders, it needs to be pressure washed. However aside from that it was a 10/10. Also the tv downstairs by the outdoor kitchen was not working.

Internet worked great, TV had all streaming apps available to use, fire pit area was awesome, we used the Kayaks and somehow that was the kids favorite part of the trip, etc. We had a blast despite the bad Weather in the first two day, and the fact that we didn't catch any fish over the weekend :( If the opportunity presents we will definitely go back! Beautiful lake house. All the family had a great time. House was clean and beautiful decorated. Beds were comfortable, house is spacious and very relaxing. Loved the out door kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Enjoyed swinging at the end of the deck, along with fishing. House host was very helpful anytime we had questions and responded quick. All the family had a terrific time and loved the house and location. We will definitely come back and highly recommend to everyone. Glad we chose this house to rent . Everything was as promised. Was totally surprised at the amount of room, much bigger than I thought. Do wish the weather would have been warmer but that’s ok!! We will book again!
