Spacious, stunning views, had great ammenities! Will save it for next time I visit London!

There was a small issue with the hob (not sure if it was the pan) and no clear instructions on where to throw the trash on check out.

Everything was perfect! Helen is very helpful, and she answered any questions I had straight away. The apartment is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. I really recommend it.

The availability of morning essentials—coffee, a variety of milks, cookies, and apples—highlights how small gestures can make a significant difference.

La vue, la propreté,les petites attentions (petits gâteaux, pommes, café etc…) le confort. Un très beau séjour !

Helen was a very lovely host! Prior to the actual stay, she was very responsive and helpful with any queries I had. We also had issues regarding our travel into London so ended up having to last minute drive to the location and she was very helpful with sorting our parking. We met her as we got there and she was absolutely lovely and welcoming. We felt the whole place exceeded what we were expecting! The views and location were amazing! And Helen was very accommodating and having snacks, coffees/teas and fresh fruit available! The smart TV was handy too as we had a movie night after our night out in the city, the views are incredible! We would definitely recommend and come back!
