The room was a lot nicer than expected and for the price it was perfect. Only a 10/15min walk to Bull Ring. Used the B4 parking next to the hotel which you get discount on which is a nice/safe car park.

When there was heavy rain it was very audible through the ventilation system. Sufficient for the staff to offer me another room. Bathroom light takes a long time to go off . Sensor needs adjustment Oven is not very easy to use.

A bit sterile and lacking character, view of a multi storey car park, breakfast was in a bag to take up to your room and definitely not worth £15 each, we tried to cancel it bit couldn’t, so had to pay £45 for the three of us to get a microwaved bacon roll, a bottle of water, 3 miniature pastries and an apple each (well, two of us got an apple). Aircon in our room wasn’t working, so we had an uncomfortable hot night. We were told in the morning that we should have called to reception to unlock it, presumably they knew we were coming and could have done that. Got locked in a corridor on a floor that the lift was apparently not supposed to go to, it said that floor to get to the carpark though, had to be rescued by staff, which was pretty embarrassing! The hotel is obviously brand newly refurbished, it does feel like they haven’t really got things right just yet.

Very hard and uncomfortable bed. The bathroom light turns on with a sensor and there’s no light switch. so there is no way to turn off the bathroom light at night. So if you are in bed in the dark and go to the bathroom the very bright lights come on and stay on for 10-15 minutes. Just put a switch on the light.

Everything was spotless and the decor was just beautiful. It really did feel like a home away from home. Definitely recommend for those who are looking for a quiet place to stay whilst still being in the middle of the city. Everything is within walking distance too, tram is only a 5 minute walk away and it takes you straight into the city centre. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was super quick and smooth. Thank you to everyone at Aparthotel Birmingham! I will be coming back again for sure.

Hotel location is really good and within 5 minutes walk to Snowhill Train Station and few minutes walk to Colmore Row area where you can find many restaurants and bars. It is also within walking distance to Bullring Centre and New Street Station. Hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful, very good customer service. I was told this hotel is pet friendly too. The room facilities are amazing. Water pressure is very strong, you can have a very comfortable and hot shower, very good quality of hair dryer, even better than a 5 star hotel in London. Chromecast TV is awesome, you can connect with Netflix account and watch YouTube too.

The cafe isn’t open yet so excited to see but that’s a reason to come back. Nothing else could be better it was all brilliant.
