The location of the flat was excellent and it had great parking. The flat was warm and spacious. The secure parking which was free is a welcome addition in Brighton.

There was very minor issues which have obviously happened throughout the course of its rental life but this did not distract from a great stay, get rid of the fire-stick Tv and use terrestrial, plug in to the building aerial system maybe.

Fantastic location lots to do nearby loads of bars and restaurants, apartment was lovely everything you need, excellent communication from host free parking and very easy check in process, would definitely recommend.

Could have done with instructions on use of appliances and particularly the Tv. The home on the fire stick didn’t bring up all the apps - just Netflix.

The location is excellent, with a balcony overlooking the marina. The flat is quiet, and has good facilities.

We hadn’t quite realised how far out of the main centre this was, but it did mean it was quiet and busy services were very good. The only minor point, was that to get to it from near the bus stop, there is a closed gate to the marina office and boardwalk to get there, which means you have to make a detour around a busy roundabout, where there is no pedestrian path and you need to walk around a cobbled area and at one point, walk on the roundabout road which is on a blind corner. Surely this can be easily sorted out?

Property was very clean and well presented. Well located looking over the marina with several restaurants and cafes etc nearby. Nothing was a problem for the owner when we needed to contact them

This was a comfortable, spacious apartment with a touch of luxury, nice decor, comfy beds, warm environment. A lovely large balcony for the beautiful sunrise, sunsets and would be great in warmer weather. The block it's situated in is clean and easy to access. The marina is a great base for Brighton...only a bus ride away and buses every few minutes...or a lovely walk along the front. There were most things you could want in the apartment. We really enjoyed our few days.
