Awful communication from the hosts. On the day they didn't respond until 20 minutes before check in to then say there was no key to the property and we needed to wait for a locksmith. Another group of people arrived who believed they were staying at the property and the host took nearly an hour of messing both groups around before sorting it. We didn't get into the property until nearly 2 hours after check in and it then had to be cleaned. Host then did not respond at all following check out and I have had to complain through booking.com to get the £300 damage deposit back which has taken nearly 3 weeks. Do not stay here!

Host wanted a £300 deposit bank transferred when it said on the site that it would be collected in person. There are no staff at the property.
