My family has been coming down to Port A for years and have stayed at numerous houses- some of them we really love. But we needed more space this year so decided on Shell Yeah!! This is now by far our favorite house in Port A!!! The location cannot be beat- having the beautiful views and being so close to the beach was amazing. There was so much room and storage- our group of 12 easily fit- everyone had their own space, privacy. But the private bathrooms were especially nice! The home was very clean and kitchen well stocked. And those views!!! The 1st level was awesome- we loved the pool table and games- and again- all the storage with extra fridge! We normally stay at homes with a private pool- but honestly didn’t miss it- having the outdoor shower was perfect along with the several hoses to rinse everything off. Plus the neighborhood pool was great. We had minor issues with the AC and some TVs- but management responded very quickly. The stairs can be challenging but we were able to use the 1st level and backyard for heavy coolers and beach gear. But all benefits of this house totally outweighed any issues we had. We could not have been happier at Shell Yeah- it far exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to come back!!

This trip was a Christmas present for our grown children and grandkids. We looked for the perfect place to build lasting memories and Shell Yeah Beach House could not have been any more perfect. The house was clean and well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet and a close walk to the beach. We loved our experience and can't wait for more.

Great property, more than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of room for togetherness, as well as privacy with bathrooms for each bedroom. The closet with beach floats, hats, etc. was great to have on hand to fill in what we had forgotten. Convenient to the beach, comfortable family home...highly recommend for all of the little extras that make it so convenient. Yes, as other reviews have stated, stocking the kitchen would be so much easier if an elevator was installed....other than that, the stairs are not an inconvenience. Already considering reserving for next summer!

The house was amazing...clean, well furnished and beautiful views!!! My family of 12 ranged in ages from 54 yrs to 6 mths. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great for the entire family...this will go down as a favorite and we will be back!!

Wonderful property and good location. It was very clean although the bottom floor had a bit of a mold smell. Had a little trouble contacting owners at first. Location of key box needs to be a little more accurate - “on pole to right of front door”. I found myself searching and searching. Also - no cooking spoons in kitchen. Luckily we were renting home across the street so we borrowed from there. In my opinion check in at 5pm is a bit late. Seems like VRBO and air b&b are getting later and later. Other than those small mishaps the place is beautiful and has wonderful views! Lots of kitchen needs met too (except spoons). The balconies are amazing!!!

Our family of 14 had a great time in this well equipped, super clean, accommodating property! From the lower level for teens, bunk room for in between and adults to a spacious top floor living and kitchen space that had everything we needed to entertain our crew. I especially loved the Roku tags with instructions and location icon! Bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I booked this house for our four children, two bonus children by marriage, and six grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out, or spend quality time together. The baby gate in the downstairs closet was helpful at corralling our almost two-year-old twin grandbabies. Short walk to the beach too!

This house is the best location on the island. Lots of room and comfort for our large family group. Have stayed here the last two years and plan on staying next summer.

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The downstairs game room was a great spot to hang out. The best part was the third story views in the mornings and evenings. We loved that everyone had space and there are more bathrooms than bedrooms! Two refrigerators were a plus for so many people. We would definitely stay again.

We celebrated Easter here with family and friends. The house was wonderful! So much space for all of us young and old. The weather was not very cooperative during this time but we still had an amazing time together. The gameroom was great for a great space for all of us to gather and play games. The covered porches provided a place for us to enjoy the outdoors, despite the rain. The hosts were very kind and communicated nicely. I highly recommend this property.

This property was all that was shown and more. We were a family of 16, with both adults and children, and had an amazing time together enjoying all the home had to offer - amazing views of the ocean from both the windows and balconies which we took advantage of, easy access to the beach, and plenty to keep all entertained. Our family would definitely return - hopefully sooner rather than later.

Our second time renting this amazing house for our annual family beach trip and our favorite house!! It’s gorgeous and the view is amazing! We loved the pool table downstairs and the beautiful bedrooms and decks. Lovely neighborhood in the center of town so we can take a golf cart everywhere! Owners are gracious and helpful. We’re already planning our next trip!! Thanks so much!

This is our second time to stay in this house and we really love it. It’s good for big groups and has entertainment for both adults and kids. I wish they would put locks on the bedrooms and provide more kitchen towels for keeping dishes clean since our group takes advantage of the awesome kitchen views and cooks in. But overall these a minor wish list items. This house has gorgeous views, a great flow for large groups, and is walking distance or a short golf cart ride to the beach.
