We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood home in the shadow of Cheyenne Mountain.
The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook with, the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wonderful liquid toiletries.
The beds were so comfy, and the layout takes advantage of the sightlines and natural lighting.
Love love love! We are already plotting our next stay! Thank you so much!

This home is beautiful and in a great location. The views from the front porch and back deck are great. David was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

We loved this property. The location was wonderful and very close to everything we needed. The home is very well maintained and bonus was watching the cottontail bunnies playing in the back yard. It’s in a very quiet and awesome neighborhood. Dave was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to the area.

This house was perfect for my family of four when we visited Colorado Springs for a few days while on our way to Vail from Texas. We chose this house based on the location to The Broadmoor, photos of the house, and the size.
When we arrived, it did not disappoint. It was well kept, well appointed, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Having a garage was also a big plus. I will be staying here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs.

This house is perfectly located to get to all major attractions in CS and every restaurant we picked was a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again. Home was comfortable and the owner responded immediately to the small issues we had.

One of the very best VRBO properties we've stayed at. Dave is a super host: very communicative, always available and provided complete and clear house rules and instructions. The property is roomy with a well kept yard and is located in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. We were impressed with how well furnished the house was as well as the well-equipped kitchen, high quality toiletries and towels and comfortable bed. This is definitely a place we hope is available during our next visit to Colorado Springs. Highly recommended!

In great condition and very well keep with all the essentials you expect to find in your own home. David and management didn’t miss anything. Everything was there from coffee filters, aluminum foil, trash bags, hangers, absolutely everything. The location was perfect for me and the things I wanted my family to see. I recommend it to anyone, you will not be disappointed! Special thanks to David, all the information was on point.

Visited Colorado Springs to help our son and his wife with their military move to Germany. The home is conveniently located to Fort Carson. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is amazing; it’s comfortable and inviting. We felt like we were staying in a model home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed; David thought of everything. This property will be our go to place whenever we are back in Colorado Springs. The views of Cheyenne Mountain from the home were spectacular.
