A perfect place for a 4th of July long weekend getaway. The third floor deck was ideal to watch the parade and fireworks. The views are amazing and we were on the deck every morning and every night. The place was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely will go back.

This unit is great for two people. The unit is very clean and up to date. The location in town is perfect. Easy access to all the town has to offer. The outdoor deck has beautiful views. The unit has plenty of windows to keep cool in the summer and not much noise after 9 pm. People who have a tough time climbing stairs may not enjoy this unit but that is the only negative. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Comfortable bed and recliner. Very clean. Lots of windows and beautiful views. Spacious inside and outside (deck). 3-4 flights of stairs, could be hard for some folks to handle. I sent email first night asking if possible to get a fan or portable A/C unit, the area was having an early warm spell. The ceiling fan is excellent, but didn't circulate air through out the large room. They replied quickly that night, brought over a great fan the next day. I really appreciated it. I would gladly stay here again.

Great views and studio well appointed. Every thing was nice and new. Would definitely recommend this .
