Easy access to town and highways. The staff was friendly, informed about the area and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean with a pleasant breakfast area. The room was very clean also. Could have had better pillows but that’s minor to all else. Great stay.

We had more than one issue finding someone else’s fecal matter in our bathroom. Told desk staff, they sent someone to clean, contacted Expedia and asked if I should talk to Expedia about my issues or the hotel. They said them. They responded saying best western refused to do anything for me because “it wasn’t reported to the desk”, which it most definitely was. Super frustrated with this issue and will make sure anyone who is visiting our family in Smith’s Falls goes elsewhere. The pool liner was dirty and had a foot long section coming apart from the wall. Cigarette butts floating in pool. Staff was friendly

Room was excellent, very clean and beds were really comfortable. Would highly recommend. Only downfall breakfast could have had more options and opened later.

It’s a nice clean place. Service is good. And can charge our boat battery if needed for our fishing days.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Expedia failed I am sure I ordered a king bed and did not get it. I had rotator cuff surgery and required a king. Very happy with hotel but not Expedia next time I will probably book directly with hotel.

The window in our unit 116 would not lock. I called the front desk and in less than 10 minutes someone came and fixed it. I would certainly stay here again.

Although it was very clean it was also extremely expensive for what you get. The wifi was down and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The surrounding area was very dangerous to walk in the evening and full of people abusing drugs and panhandling.

Breakfast staff was remarkable! She interacted with guests by checking in and asking if they needed something and replenished food quickly when it was running low. Great job!!
