Clean spacious room. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was awesome! Variety of choices, hot food was hot and plentiful. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

There was no security....didn't have to swipe a room key to enter any doors...even to the pool. The one door was even left accessible with the lock out so the door remained open. The springs on the mattress were felt while laying on the bed. The hot tub was murky and smelled like dead fish...not clean...the pool on the other hand was nice. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

However our room was disgusting. It was outdated and water damage in the ceiling. It had an unpleasant musty odor when we walked in. Burn marks on the edge of the bathtub.
Filth on the curtains and the door. It definitely could use some love and updating.

Finally, since we were moved 4 times, they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite at no extra cost. It was great! The day and evening front desk staff were so accommodating on 8/29/24 which was also our anniversary.

I liked the location but it was note 4 star hotel, in my opinion. Pending charges for the motel was 2 !/2 times what it cost.... and I am watching my bank account to see what i am actually charged, get ready for a dispute if not corrected, The manager, Sherry Steele, was very professional and ASSURED me this will all be corrected after my check out. PLUS my grandson charged a snack for $4.54 And two more charges for the room were pending on his card..What the freak!!. I was also assured these charges would be dropped within 24 hrs after check out Saturday am. They could not tell me why this even happened!!! and they had us as a "no show" on Thursday night. We arrived and were given our room keys about 6:30 pm Thursday. She did not know how that happened either. Our charges better be cleared up.soon.

Rooms have old dirty carpets. Indoor pool unusable; outdoor pool has peeling paint and limited/old plastic chairs; A/C in hallways broken; some rooms smelled of mildew and had leaks and drywall coming down. Hotel staff said property is being renovated. It’s pretty bad.

AC in room did not work, when we tried to leave for supper, door did not lock!! Yes they made it right, but I feel they shouldn’t have had to.

Staff was the only good thing about the place. Halls, elevator, rooms-everything reeks of pot. Our room had no AC, when we were leaving to find supper, we discover the door didn’t lock. They did switch our room, but I feel if the place had been properly maintained it wouldn’t have been necessary.

Nice pool and courtyard. The bathroom had a six inch diameter spot with mold. Many water stains in the ceiling. A leak was never addressed. New room was assigned w/o question. Well worn carpeting and trim. Needs an update.

Staff are very kind and accommodating. Room was clean, but smelled of cigarettes and really needs updated. Staff exained that they are getting the facility updated very soon. Also, the inside pool and hot tub are down (not functioning). Other than that it was a very good experience.

Broiler broke while we were there so no hot water. The hotel more than made up for it. The rooms need updating. The entire staff is amazing!!
