I think the front desk attendant was great, (Martha?) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant to deal with and had a lot of good ,.
Quiet location, safe parking. Nothing special, but absolutely nothing not to like. Zero complaints. Will stay there again without hessitation.

Great Holiday inn they even signed me up for free for the reward program give me a late check out breakfast was great Laughlin area lots of fun kicked back in the old days

The property is well kept overall. The pool is in great shape and clean, although the tile floor surrounding the pool is nasty dirty.

New location, very clean, beautiful decor as you enter the lobby area. Smell of fresh coffee as you walk in. Rooms tastefully decorated, clean, very quiet.

The whole experience was great the people that work there were amazing from the front desk to the breakfast area I will definitely stay there again we had 5 room and the service was top notch

It’s a very nice hotel and only a couple of miles from my parent’s house which we come to visit often. Would definitely recommend to friends and plan on coming again.

Was a great hotel except for the pool not open, the filter was working cause the water was moving by around. When I asked if the pool would be open by this weeked they just said no and that's it no why or reason given. It was 113 degrees, and no pool?????

We stay here several times per year and we’re noticing it was going downhill but this time it was better than the previous couple of times.

It really was inconvenient for the pool to be unavailable!! Our kids were looking forward to it!

Awesome bed & bedding! We all slept great. The breakfast was very good. All but one employee, were very nice & friendly. The hotel & room were very clean!
