It was a very nice stay. The room was clean, the staff was really friendly and useful, and the location of the hotel is very convenient since it is right in front of the tram stop that takes you to the train station or to the centre of the city

We choose this hotel because its surroundings. It was great and very cozy. It seems that they are improving their structure and it will be great. Staff very kind. Undoubtedly I recommend this hotel for your stay at Karlsruhe.

This is a very pleasant hotel: clean, attractive decor and very spacious. Our room was superb, the location is excellent and the personal were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The stay was really nice and they are available for late check-in which is something to consider when traveling in Europe. The room was clean and has good air conditioning. The view from the room is not bad, depending on where your room is. I booked twice and got two different views - street side and back neighborhood side - both of which were decent. The restaurant downstairs has a good food selection for dinner. There is a nice grocery across the hotel for any quick snacks craving. Overall, locationwise it is a very good place to stay in Karlsruhe.

Just stayed one night, but all was great. The property is a bit dated, but clean, comfortable, and well managed. I recommend and would stay again.

The room was fine but the air-conditioning did not function well
We also had a plumbing fault. Both were fixed and the engineer was excellent but the Aircon should have been better maintained

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was helpful and polite, knowledgeable about the area.
Location is across shopping center sign plenty of food options. Downtown Karlsruhe very close.

Very basic, but clean. Not so close to the city centre as advertised. A noisy tram just in front of the hotel's windows.
The restaurant was not open, and considering the poor offer to eat out nearby the hotel, it created an issue after a day spent working to having to figure out where to go to have dinner in the evening, and had to call a taxi each time.

The location was great for walking however it was right beside a loud tramway stop. In addition they were renovating the room next door from 8am to 5pm and it was very loud.

There was no fridge in the room, personnel it had broken and was nit yet replaced. Bathroom was quite worn, but I understood som renovations were underway.
Otherwise nice and clean, friendly personnel, good breakfast and all at a reasonable pricelevel.
