This Taj hotel is the black sheep of the family. Dated and in dire need of refurbishing. The room seemed tired and the sheets were old and worn. This is not the Taj I’m used to. I thought the Taj group was renowned for quality. What happened here? Breakfast was good and staff friendly but oh ….. dear. Please drop this sad excuse of a Taj Hotel from your portfolio.

Oldest 5 star hotel in Pune. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some things at the hotel a bit dated. But never affected my stay adversely. Good value when you book on Expedia.

Taj is known for its service and the rest of the competition doesn’t even come close!
It’s the attention to the details that makes the difference and that is ingrained in the staff - Aabid Shenaz and Neha at front desk and Dimple and Balaji in latitude restaurant are prime examples.

Jayesh from Bar is wonderful and the Check-in was also managed within 3 minutes flat by Sakshi and Abid, brilliant experience despite all COVID precautions/signatures.
Lunch at Hotel restaurant was an okay experience from Service standpoint !! Food delicious, thanks to Chef.
