I chose this hotel near Krakow airport because my flight got canceled and I needed a place to stay ahead of my rescheduled, early morning flight on the following day. It was so nice to arrive in a spacious, clean, comfortable room with king size bed and great sheets. Also, I was able to check in hours ahead of the standard check-in time. This was the best part of an otherwise bad day.

It is expensive due to the location but the rooms are really not 4 stars. Worn down a bit with extremely noisy aircon. I also didn't appreciate being in the room for disabled as the bathroom was just not right height wise and there were special lights in the room always on for those with special needs. Don't understand this especially on the 4th floor. The bed is small and uncomfortable. For 140eur, it's not okay. Definitely not the Hilton standards.

It was the hardest bed I have ever slept on, and I was in the army 20 years! Also the aircon did not cool sufficiently so the room was incredibly hot.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to the airport. Very clean rooms . Friendly staff at front desk. Check in and check out was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for red eye flights .

Had a 1 night business stay here last week, before flying back to the UK. The hotel was excellent. The staff on reception were engaging and the room was really comfortable. Staff and service were first class. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying at Krakow airport.

Very easy to find when coming in from the train from Krakow.
Very well designed for overnight stays when flying out of Krakow to other destinations.
Very fast check in. Clean bright, large modern room.

Very convenient for travelers. Walking distance to airport terminals. Easy access to train. No need to use taxi. Train transportation is even more convenient and less expensive than taxi. The only downside there is the restaurant menu. The breakfast was great, but I would not recommend to eat dinner there. Dinner was overpriced and not desirable. I had chicken with ravioli-not recommended.
