The Hotel does not have an elevator so stairs only. Hasnt been a problem in the oast to get a first floor room (i am an amputee and stairs are difficult). The room i got had been severly smoked in and smelled horrible. I notified the front desk was told there wasnt a room to move me to, no discount and it was too late to find a differenr hotwl. This waa my second stay there but never again.

Great spot to stay!!!!! Indoor pool Hot tub !!!!!! A 1 block walk to the beautiful Columbia River. Very good job guys!!!!!

So I checked the reviews and thought it would be decent. Back door had a plate fall off of the crash bar as I opened it. In my room the light above the sink flickered when on giving a very annoying strobe effect. The refrigerator rattled and caused the floor to vibrate all night long, and the shower was really low pressure and barely a trickle. Honestly it shouldn’t have been rated as high as it was or my room was the worst in the place. For the same price, the next night I stayed at a much nicer place in Portland and was thankful I didn’t have to go back to the uncomfortable inn.

The staff was friendly and the room clean. The door to the room would not fully close on its own but had to be pulled sharply to completely close. Breakfast was just ok and very carb loaded.

For what we paid, it was perfect. Nothing fancy but clean, nice people, easy check in, and decent free breakfast. Just one FYI, no elevators for the 2nd floor which was fine for us but just putting it out there. We would definitely come back.

We stayed for three nights. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good areas to walk the dog. River is a short walk through the parking lot. Was convenient to access both the Washington and Oregon sides of the gorge for hiking. Would stay again.

We tried to save money by going one town further east. Wish we hadn't. Nothing terribly wrong with the place, just not up to our usual standards.
