Room was nice, very clean and they had supplies to wash your dishes and it was definitely convenient with a baby. Only 2 complaints would be the “manager” at check in was a bit short and rude and there was one “gentleman” at breakfast that made a rude comment about my son spilling some eggs

Pricey hotel but good location for our needs. Separate buildings which makes it confusing at check in. Parking for buildings are full at night, could use more lights for safety when walking to and from your car. Limited breakfast items. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

The staff at the front desk is always fun and charming. The grounds are well kept. The cabinets in the room are a bit beat up, nothing startling though. A great mattress.

People who worked there were lovely- very friendly and accomodating. The room had some rips in rug and some stains on couch. The bummer was we had a room at end of hall and I had my dog. All night we heard people slamming doors for some reason, which made my pup bark and stay up all night, but I guess that's something out of your control. The grounds and room were beautiful- no garbage can- that was needed...but all in all great place with great staff

My door did not latch you could PUSH it open from the hallway. Tracked down a nice maintenance guy who fixed it. Also the phone in the room didn’t even work.

I stayed at Residence Inn Saddle River NJ for 4 nights with my family. It was a terrible experience, to say the least. I walked in to a damp smelling room. The bathroom smell was worse. The front desk people were not listening to our needs. I told them that our room phone is not working, they ignored me. On the 2nd day, I asked the front desk to freshen up our rooms. They said ok, but nothing was done. On the 3rd day, I asked again, nothing was done. On 4th day, I asked again, nothing was done. We were completely ignored on our requests. Trash was piling up. Linens were soaked. And after checking out, they charged us for parking. I told them that parking is supposed to be free because thats whats on expedia when I booked the rooms. They told me to complain to expedia and not to them. Staff at this property were very unhelpful. The GM on this property needs be aware.

Check your final bill for parking fees, I had to request a refund because my booking stated FREE self parking, we had to restart the AC daily because it would cut off (maintence came showed us how), water pressure low, closed pool earlier than posted, door from courtyard was unlocked to enter bldg, staff was nice, convenient location and quiet. Breakfast thumbs down, comfort of beds & sofa didnt sleep well, bad wifi connection was given a 800 number for tech help and still got spotty service. I would stay again only if I had to.. definitely not worth the charging price. Expedia booking was spot on though no hiccups and would definitely book again using expedia for future traveling.

We were advised that our room was not available 1 day prior to our check in date. Instead of a 2 rooms suite, we were given 2 separate suites which was not as convenient for us.

very pleasant comfortable nice pool. staff was great. only minor criticism - decor inside the rooms and hallway very dark. Breakfast items rather limited no regular yogurt or cottage cheese. overall experience very satisfied

A really great spot for families. Layout of two bedroom suite provides just enough room and privacy for all, plus nice shared space. Full kitchen clutch!

Everything was clean in the room. The receptionist granted my room preferences as a top floor, corner room. Neighboring walls have great sound proofing. However, the A/C does not work! Luckily, I had a spare fan in my car trunk.
