The team here were nothing short of exceptional.. nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above to be helpful and even remembered my name! I would 100% recommend this hotel, great location, fab rooms and breakfast and exceptional team! What more could you want! :)

Rooms were good. Only the showerhead is set for 1m75. That is a bit to low to get a good shower. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the breakfast table. Close to Olbia centre. But there is not much to do there. Only 1 walking street with stores.

The hotel is a bit old and has a vintage feel to it. But the rooms were clean and had everything you need for a good trip. The breakfast is good, and the staff was nice and helpful.

This property is falsely rated as a 4* but it’s no more than a 2* property. The property is extremely dated and probably hasn’t been updated in the last 20 years. The stairs walking up to the room were filthy and the toilet in the room would flush randomly if someone in another room was using the toilet. Extremely disappointed with the property and the 4* rating from Expedia as it’s a false representation of the property.

This property however, is very tired looking inside and outside. The parking lots had holes large enough to swallow a small car. The stair wells are dark, dirty and the indoor/outdoor carpet that covers the stairs is bubbling and fraying. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls in some areas as well.

Beautifully appointed hotel with wonderful staff. Our room has a fantastic view and is very quiet. My husband ate at the restaurant (I was too tired) and he really enjoyed it. Very dog friendly, which is very important to us.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. It is a 10 minute walk into town. The huge first floor deck didn't seem to have shade or furniture or be accessible during the day to sit and enjoy the view, which would have been nice.

A next-door neighbor was playing music very loud, I informed the reception and they immediately addressed the issue. The only drawback was I felt a bit allergic in the room, maybe some humidity that was not visible, it triggered my sinus - but that is me.
