The property is exquisite! Our room was beautiful. We can’t say enough good things about the B & B owner, Stephanie, and her attention to ensuring her guests have the absolute best experience while staying at her house. Breakfasts were gourmet and afternoon’s warm cookies were a delicious treat. We originally planned to stay one evening but enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay a second day. We have already recommended it to family planning a trip this fall!

Jill and Stephanie are great hosts and really work hard to make your stay an enjoyable one. A beautiful classic Victorian home nestled in beautiful scenic Booth Bay Harbor. Breakfast is self-service and there are ample picturesque places to sit right on the property. Air conditioned rooms with plenty of charging outlets. Keep in mind this is a lovely classic home with wooden creeky floors and tiny bathrooms but completely functional for your travel needs. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would encourage anyone looking to experience Boothbay to stay at this charming inn.
Breakfast was a delicious homemade, light buffet including quiche, fruit salad, roasted potatoes, pastries and your choice of a variety of beverages.
We will return every year!

Absolute GEM! The breakfast was 5 STARS! Beautiful place on the water and walking to the harbor was so fun. Worth every penny. We will be back for sure!

We were overcharged the rate others were charged for the same date. Like other former guest we learned on the hot summer day we arrived only to find the pool was not available as advertised. Like former guests the management staff were unsympathetic and unapologetic while blaming us for not be apprised the pool had been close for some weeks. They told us they could do nothing for us and referred us to Expedia for reimbursement of our $429 dollars. Expedia passed the buck back to the Inn who had charged us days before our arrival.when the Inn's advertised rate was only $181/day trying to fill 9 vacancies. Bottom line, we feel we have been scammed

The host was so kind and nice to every guest here. The home made blueberry pie was so incredibly delicious! If I come to this town in the future again, I will still live here.

This Bed & Breakfast is just delightful! My room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady walked me to my room. I stayed in room 12 on the third floor which had easy stair access to the back parking lot which made it super convenient to bring up my suitcase. My room had a front porch and view of harbor once I stepped outside. The bedding was deluxe and had cute little whales on them. The room was clean and decorated so cute. Very easy walking access to the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is really beautiful. The garden is absolutely amazing! There are huge flower arrangements everywhere and I love it. It's a 5 minute walksuper to shopping and all the restaurants.
