I would like to suggest that the owners start to upgrade and clean the rooms, one by one. Some may need cleaning of walls, tiles etc, as well as repair to the bottom of the door.
It was great having the king bed in our room. Lovely breakfast, thank you.

Only complaint would be having to move the bed to switch on the bedside lamps. A little disappointing. Otherwise great hot water to shower. The added touch of breakfast was nice.

Great position to walk around Albury CBD. Nice & clean. Property and rooms are a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. Parking is tight.

I have stayed at Clifton a few times, breaking up my drive to Melbourne, really good value, rooms are always clean, they give you toast & cereal for your breakfast, coffee & tea supplied with a jug, what more do you want, a small microwave, best value in Albury.
Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

I was pleasantly by the comfort.
Also, I wasn't expecting much for the price, but it was pleasant enough and I didn't really have any issues apart from the inconsiderate neighbours leaving at 5.22am.
