However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and the hotel can be quite noisy due to the absence of windows in some rooms, which allows mosquitoes to enter. Additionally, it's important to note that the amenities, such as the pool and lounge area, are open to the public until 8 PM, which is when the center mall (where the hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floor) closes to the public. If you're looking for a stay with the basic needs, this hotel would be it.

Mold everywhere, mousy odor, holes in the door where covered with paper and tape. Flies in the shower…. Many others things. It should not be at Expedia hotel list….. I also thing they charged me twice for the Room. I feel terrible embarrassed with my wife which was my travel mate…..

This is my home at Tulua, The staff is like my family. If I woke up late, either way they offer my the free beakfast.

This was my second stay at this hotel as there are not many other options in Tulua my experience was better this time around. It is a no frills hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel, super basic but then there's not much else worth trying out in Tuluá. Pool on the terrace is a great bonus, breakfast is also good. Bathrooms though are not comfortable - tiny and with bad showers.

This is the best Hotel in Town. Already tried the other said are the best option, and, honestly, Hotel Cafe Plaza is the best hotel in Town.

Convenient and close to bus station.
Great shower.
They need better insulation on their doors.
There are WAY too many of those little insects crawling around.
I had to use my towel to sweep them outside of my room, and then used the same towel to block them from coming back in (covering the crack beneath the door).

Great friendly staff
Location is perfect, right on city center. It can be a little noisy during the day. Nice rooftop amenities.
There’s also a nice cafe on 2nd floor where you can sit and enjoy watching everyday life of locals.
