We were only there for one night but the hotel was very central for us as we were seeing a show at Centrpoint.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were booked in for breakfast which was the usual sort of meal in hotels and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
The only downside was parking as it was very small but we managed to squeeze into a place.
All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Storm Bert didn't put the dampeners on our night away. Hotel is lovely, return visit. Although a little surprised to find 4 lady birds in the room when we woke up. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

It has a great location and an excellent hotel tucked away in a beautiful part of Nottingham. The staff were amicable and the overall experience makes me want to come back and stay for longer.

Lovely clean room with great view. Particularly loved the goodies that were left in the room, which added a really nice touch. A bottle of wine was left and chocolate bars which really added to the experience. Reception staff were delightful.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. All staff were very friendly and efficient, location was great (nice to be very close to city centre but not directly on the high street)
Only small negatives were having to pay £10.95 per day for on site car park (which only had about 10 spaces) and full English being £5 extra per person in addition to the £12 per person charge for breakfast
Overall it was a lovely little hotel, amazingly clean, posh coffees and tea in the room along with filtered water and a really well maintained bathroom area

The whole stay was absolutely amazing, from all the staff at reception to the chamber service everyone was so friendly and polite. The room was amazing so clean and comfortable and bathroom was so nice too. We stayed for breakfast which was fresh and delicious. The overall hotel was outstanding 5 stars

The cost of breakfast seemed quite disproportionate to items offered especially when hot full English, omelettes and such came with additional charges although these are clearly marked. (Might be worth just heading to a local cafè) Room service is offered with no additional charge though.
