Nice, quiet, clean. Literally 1min walk to the beach. Nice large area for cooking, large fridge and freezer. Restaurant is next door, 7-11 2/2 blk away. Great prices!!!!

Carousel did exactly what it needed to do. It was a clean, safe, simple place to use as a “base camp” for quick beach access, as well as access to restaurants and other attractions in the vicinity. We were there for a wedding, and the bride needed hands on support at short notice. This location was perfect for going up and down the area quickly. And the sunsets were easy to see!

The staff that we encountered was very nice. And it was an easy walk to beach and restaurants.
All in all it was ok for the price, beds could have been more comfortable.
We won’t be returning there as we like a place with an ocean view.

My husband and I have an amazing time at St Pete, the Motel was well located and near the beach. Good for a short getaway, quiet and it has everything we need. I will definitely come back.

The room was perfect for two people, if you don’t spend a lot of time in the room you’re good! It was on the smaller side but perfect for us. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

It's an old motel and it's very apparent, but it's very clean. Communication with management is very good. The motel is located very close to a main road which makes it very noisy. It is difficult/impossible to keep the windows open because of the traffic noise. Parking spaces are limited in number and size. The location is really very close to the beach. WiFi was very fast and reliable.
In general, this is a low-end accommodation. If this is what you're looking for, you'll be pleased.

We loved staying at the Carousel Motel! It is clean, quiet and perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, laundry mat and Del Bello Park. The room is spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette came in very handy.

Carousel was exactly as described and as shown in photos. The kitchenette and BBQ came in really handy to have easy meals in the room or on the garden patio. The location was perfect - 1min walk to the (extremely clean) beach and away from crowds/high-rises. Manager was on-site (big plus), answered questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable.
The room was so cool, I wish we could have spent more time there. Had everything we needed!

The location is amazing. Walk to the beach or walk across the street to the intercoastal and drop a fishing line.
Some great restaurants nearby that are not chains and if you want you can cook at the room. They have pots and pans, dishes, etc.
The one downside is the parking. It is tight.
We will definitely keep this place in our books as a place to stay again in the future.
